Hi.
I'm a druid 5 shifter 3 but I feel that for now is better to be in the base form as all the forms give such a low AC (35->22 or something) does this get better?
Thanks.

Shifters definitely get better. However, I would recommend looking at builds on here done by veterans to optimize your toon.

To otimize ac equip gear with bonuses to dexterity and all types of a.c.. This should hold well after you get more shapes with better defenses. But you won't hold up well for long.
Shifter only get really tanky at high level (57) with legendary feats.

Shifter AC scales very poorly. On the last shifter I leveled, when at level 40, I would have around 20 less AC while shifted compared to unshifted AC. Leveling a shifter is training time for trying to always have improved expertise active.
