Even doing that, the stat points he references isn't possible.
Stats Create Sub 60+14's 80+DD+16's STR 17 22 64 74 DEX 15 22 40 48 CON 12 14 30 38 WIS 8 6 20 28 INT 14 16 30 38 CHA 8 6 20 28
Is what he had listed. If you go STR and DEX both to 17, and INT to 14, then you can only get CON to 9, not 10. Which has you end up with 13 CON at start. With that being the case, is there any other distribution I can use that would optimize the allocation better?

Base race stats are added when you select the race in the creation screen as part of the NWN engine, subrace stats, feats, etc. are added when you log into the docks for the first time. It's always worth making sure you know what feats a subrace adds as if you select any of these during the creation process you have effectively wasted them. I'll load mine up later and take a look at the stats as I don't remember having an odd one anywhere.

The base race stats are automatically added during creation, so you don't see them. So, KingCamaro has the stats wrong in his build then? To clarify? He shows a 7 point DEX jump which, if you take DEX to 15 yourself, +2 from Elf and +5 from Koly should have you hit 22. I've made a couple of these and can't hit the 22 STR and 22 DEX after all edits as indicated. KingCamaros build is Half-Fiend with different starting stats too - it is the copycat that converted build into kolyarut that is the culprit. Just put stats as st18 / de17 / co6 / wi8 / in14 / ch8 (and take uneven amount of gstr feats) or 16 / 17 / 12 / 8 / 14 / 8 if you dont want so low con. You could even invest more in dex being an elf, but starting with 15 dex is wasting stats and ac especially leveling the toon from scratch. Also, pick up shield proficiency instead of toughness and pick up sneak pandect instead, save couple billions and better lvlup. Pick less GSTR feats and pick more sneak feats or defensive stuff than the suggested build. Defensive stuff includes: para lev/wb, save feats, most importantly the evironmental adaptivity!! feats, and just plain old dex - not all of these but which suits you best. There is no need to shoot for 74 end str. If it's a BBoD rogue, you don't care about frontal damage that much and with Oppourtunist you get extra ab that alleviates burden on STR for AB. What you care about is when a balor, pf, chaos roc or whatnot doesn't stick to the rogue or hits another tank/bbod or runs after other stuff and really needs to die; sneak feats make that happen for you and allow to play the toon outside boxing better as well. Else, defensive feats are your go-to over str anyway.

Thank you all SO much for this information. I really and truly appreciate it. To utilize Opportunist I need light weapons. I was thinking sickle for slashing damage? Thoughts?

That or short sword if you want to go slashing, if you want a lower range but higher multiplier hand axe is a possibility.
