old but new player question about subies

ok back when i got my subs, i got a book from a run and then got VERY lucky and used it, and had the race. i might have had to go to a place to do it, idk, i dont really remember. i dont think i did, but on topic what is it you do exactly now? so you need 2 books now? i remember the rarity class hopping i think, also i was wondering what exactly someone would trade for a decent DEX bonus subie, all i have is lycan and i cant stand being a werewolf anymore, was bad enough on my ranger, couldnt even see my cool dual skills just slapped people.

You need an additional book to ugrade an existing character to that subrace using reincarnation, if he's from a lower tier subrace.
