When runs are being announced and set up I see calls for cores and what's already there. But usually it's just ABCD or cores.
I honestly don't know what A B C D are. Im guessing B-bard, C-Cleric, D-Druid... maybe A-arcane (wiz/soc)... Or I could be completely wrong. Can someone fill me in on what's considered Cores for runs and what the letter abbreviations are ?

You’re correct: A - Arcane (Sorc/Pariah/Wizard) B - Bard (Bard/Warchanter) C - Cleric D - Druid
Sometimes people will also mention some ‘quasi-cores’: S - Shifter T - ‘Tank’, controversial one but *usually* it means a particularly high level/well-geared melee toon that can deal a lot of damage without dying

You're spot on.
Usually quasiclasses/prestiges could cover the core role, but it varies on a run basis, so if you want to answer the A call with a palemaster or the C one with a turner, make sure people know.

Ahh ok. I was thinking C could be Caster... which left me scratching my head for D and I really didn't think A was archer cause no one loves archers anymore (#TheSadnessIsReal). But guess I wasn't so crazy after all... thanks for fast response.
