Could someone take a closer look at the Pit of Moliation second mini Gloom of Tears? After routinely playing the area I have noticed that about 1/5th of the runs I perform results in this mini not spawning, causing the run to become a fail with no way around this issue. If this was the first or second map I might just continue ignoring it and move on but its 4 or 5 maps into the run, taking a considerable amount of time to restart the same run with more than half the maps completed before failure. I have taken new toons and old, taken the same walkway each time and different walkways, attempted to wander all of the maps to trigger all the encounter events possible, and repeated all maps after waiting for respawn to attempt to cover any missed encounters. Incidentally new spawn points triggered the second time but the mini still did not trigger. Not sure what is causing this but I would be happy to assist in troubleshooting.

I did a quick review of the encounter triggers in the toolset and didn't see any issues, but we can look into redrawing them at some point in the near future.
Note that I believe the PoM encounter triggers for the bosses are not active until you've cleared every other spawn in the area. That said, you did mention re-walking the map, so that shouldn't be the problem.

I don't use GS to spawn anything, never been a fan of that strategy, even though I do see the effectiveness of it occasionally. Acaos does bard army have any impact at all on whether these encounters will trigger? We always bring a bard and sometimes use army against the mobs on all of those maps. One other observation that I think might be possible is that sometimes the spawns don't trigger, the first map always has the same amount, but the 2nd 3rd 4th maps appear to have random encounters, I had assumed that this was due to the ninja effect to add some randomness to the maps. It appears to me that if an encounter on the 2nd miniboss map doesn't fire due to the intentional ninja effect then the mini trigger wont fire either and will be broken? Or am I missing an event trigger even though I walk the maps quite thoroughly. I had even thought that maybe the 2nd mini is dependent on some previous maps so I walked all of those as well. Most specifically on the 2nd miniboss map as you enter the area there is a trigger that spawns some mobs on the left of your entry point. I notice that trigger can sometimes fail to fire for whatever reason, it sounds like when that does not fire it would cause the miniboss trigger to fail?

Mini triggers require all the encounters to fire, as an antiexploit. I'm not sure what you mean by the 'deliberate ninja effect', but you can't skip triggers and still get the mini.
Are you always seeing that 'too many instructions' error, and if so, what was happening at that time?

The error doesn't always happen, it happened this time on the last spawn point on that map, right at the door exiting the area, probably not relevant because it was after the miniboss event trigger had failed to fire. I mean ninja when we walk past a known trigger point and nothing spawns due to the randomness of the spawn points. I thought that was intentional that some of the encounter trigger points don't always spawn mobs. We are not avoiding any triggers we are deliberately attempting to find as many as possible so we don't break the run, walking all over the map to try and cover as much of it as possible to ensure that we are not missing anything, but some of these encounter event triggers are not spawning mobs. Assuming that the mini is dependent on the encounter event triggers ahead of it there are only two in that area as far as I can guess from past runs. The trigger right at the beginning of that area is usually the one that we don't always see mobs spawn from upon entry to the area. Is that trigger always intended to create mobs because it does not always do so.
