Unable to create new subraces

Hello, returning player here , my account ign in HG is reijatsu , ive had Kolyarut and other subraces unlocked for years - when i type !list subs it shows i have Kolyarut, stargazer, thrikeen, lycan, dragonblooded etc etc.  and on my account i have mostly characters with Kolyarut subrace, and few stargazers

i just recently started playing again , all my characters , items, bank chests, wallet , !list subs is working as usual. normal. no problems with that

but when i make new characters now. useing the "Kolyarut" in the subrace field. without the "" offcourse, i know how to make subs :3 i remember how to make them correclty

but when my lvl 1 new created character arrives at docks - it says "you do not have the required tags for this secret subrace"

but i do, even when i type !list subs right after that i clearly see my unlocked subs


i have thinking that the problem might be the fact that i do not have level 60+ character on my account - wich is the miniuum requirement nowdays to "use" a subrace book to add it to your account, right? is that the problem? :3 is the only way to fix this to grind to 60 now? >.< but but but, its gona take months to get character to 60 as things are now in HG :3 for me atleast

There was an exploit that lets you create toons in alt accounts with subraces u didnt tag in that account but being tagged in one of yours accounts. The accounts needed to have same name with only lowercase/uppercase differences in the name. If that is the case, need to read another Koly book to properly tag the account.

That's just my thinking. Funky can provide you better infos about your problem, i'm sure.

Firstly welcome back, secondly are you able to use the UR races you have and if can do you have a level 50 or higher character on your account.
If the answer to both of these questions is yes then its the level 60 requirement that's stopping you in which case what is the highest level character you already have as I'm sure we can help you level it up to 60 and you could then reincarnate it if the build is not up to current standards then you'll have a playable level 60 and be able to make new characters with all your races.

Thanks for the replies, i just bougth NWN EE and gona try if it works for higherground for me, after that ill start grinding my low lvl immos to 50, then 60, and see if that fixes it

Higher Ground is not yet available through the EE interface although plans are in the works to make it so.
