can't log in another account to new cdkey

I just bought a new cd key and I can't log in my other accounts to the new pc.  (i'm using the scry)  I can bring up the accounts before log-in, but when i try to log-in the game stops and i go back to the desktop.



i'm probably missing something simple.



Could use some help.
