Hi,
I was wondering if we could get all the server specific rules and changes added to the forum under under the general category.
Maybe call it "Server Specific Rules and Changes". Inside there you could have a separate topic for each type of modified magic spell lists (i.e., cleric, wizard, etc.) and separate topics for class specific changes.
So I'd expect a topic called Spell Changes and inside that a listing for each class (wiz, sor, etc) which had the info in the spellbooks you can get from the shop. I'd also expect a topic called class ability changes and inside that one called Barbarian (listing how shapestrong works, etc.), Ranger, and any other class who has updates on how it works.
This is *as* useful if not more useful than the notices inside the game. Usually when inside the game I'm interested in playing and not planning a build, but there are many times when I'm outside the game and would like to plan a build. During those times I often have a browser available, but not the NWN game itself.
Thanks,
Ralkain/Dave.

Interesting idea, Dave. I would volunteer for that assignment if I knew all the info. There are few things I am still unsure of...Kinda seems like another task to drop on the DM's shoulders when they are already carrying mountains though. Maybe this could wait a few weeks or something...or you could even just go in game some day with a notebook handy and write it all down for yourself...save the dms the trouble. =P

Interesting idea, Kinda seems like another task to drop on the DM's shoulders when they are already carrying mountains though. Hmm, it would seem a small task to me (they already have the text, simply copy/pasting into topics here seems easy enough). Though they are burdened and we all appreciate the work that they do, my sense is this will never change (i.e., they will always have stuff they are working on). I never know the quantity of it or the priority of it, so I simply suggest and let them deceide if/when to do work it into their schedule. That would defeat the point , when I can manage the time to play I prefer to play. However, I often have time to plan outside of that when it would be useful to know the server changes (I think this is the first server site I've seen without the server changes listed on their website). In any event, its just a suggestion, it doesn't even have to be completed. Btw, great job DMs, keep up the good work (I don't think I've seen a better crew of DMs on a server). Dave.

Good idea, I'll get it set up soon. Better yet if you could message me on here to remind me, since I'm about to move cross-country and the next work on the mod will be 5-7 days from now.

Good idea, I'll get it set up soon. Funky, thanks for posting the class, spells, and server modifications to the website I've found them very useful. One more request though, now that the second set of races have been added, can you post the sub-races also? Thanks, it really helps in planning. I'm one of those folks who plans out all 40 levels in advance, right down to the last skill point . Racial mods *really* affect the build so its best to know those up front and not when you're at the machine . Dave.

I'm one of those folks also. I'm not gonna post them till they are more complete, however, mainly to save myself hassle. If you want a notepad version, send me a private message on here with the email you want it sent to and I will send it - that offer is open to all takers. Best, Funky
