Would it be possible to change the destination of the teleport gem to the Wannderign Worm? Seems like thats usually where most parties go to first after a run now.

I could, but I prefer to keep it where it is because of the item level check - I assume the reason you are asking for it to be changed. It's there to keep lag down, so I'm not going to make it easier to skirt. That aside, I think Town is better than he wyrn because it's one transition closer to any other destination, including the Item Shop and the Altar of Legends - it's more central.

Plus its also closest to several other gateways - statue in the tavern, corn fields, sewer access, Rhazid's, sages...
All of those portals go to someplace else the fast way, so keeping the portal there isn't a bad thing.
