Just had a bizzare idea ...
Funky, If I build a harper/monk/something else doing all the goodies I need to swing a kama ten times, will I get 12 attacks instead of ten if I use the HS secret? Cause that would be somethin' to see indeed ...
Speaking of the 10 attacks/round a monk gets I'm still a bit confused about attack progression in a round. I read somewhere that rounds are actually broken into "flurries", such that if two monks fought each other, the round would not progress in two groups of 10 attacks/round, but that another method of dividing up each party's attacks in smaller subsets is used. Do you have the "real" details on this? And if so, how does the HS secret's 2 additional attacks fit into the scheme of things? Sheesh sometimes I wish I had a degree in AD&D rulesets, with a minor in PnP vs CRP rule variations .... ;/
Thanks!

Yes, you'd get 12/rnd. Don't worry about the segements, they really don't have much relevance, and mostly just describe the way attacksa are split into groups that occur throughout the round. You can see as much from seeing a character with many attacks attack every round. Funky
