I just have some ideas about how to make the [Test] area a little more useful so it's not such a hassle to figure out new better builds.
1st I think all the signs about subrace and class info in the docks should be put in the [Test] room. Along with the news boards.
2nd You should make it possible to delvl your character in the [Test] room by talking to the balor guard.
3rd It would be handy to be able to change our alignments incase something isn't quite matching up with our build for some reason. Then we don't have to make a whole new character to work on.
4th It would be incredibly helpful if there wasa way we could access a merchant to buy the info books like the ones in the item shop.
5th I was wondering if it would be possible to add a book to that collection that lists all the errors in the NWN manual? i.e. Automatic Still Spell in the North American manual states that it requires 25 spellcraft. When infact it takes 27. I have a full list of all these errors.. I think it would be handy to have these tips ingame for those who don't know about them
That's all the tips I have about the [Test] room.
Thanks, LoRD CHiLLi PePPeR

2nd You should make it possible to delvl your character in the [Test] room by talking to the balor guard. You can do this - simply tell the guard you want a lower level then what you are (ie if your 40 and think you messed up at level 25; tell him you want level 24, then talk again and say you want level 40.) 3rd It would be handy to be able to change our alignments incase something isn't quite matching up with our build for some reason. Then we don't have to make a whole new character to work on. Umm, unless something has changed since yesterday, you can change your alignment by talking to the balor. You choose the option that says something like "I wish to change my alignment" easy as pie.

1) I suppose that could be done, but at most it'll be added to the "todo" list.
2) You can--just change your level to a level lower than your current level by talking to the Trainer.
3) Have you talked to the Trainer? Second option in that conversation I believe.
4) It's been mentioned before--personally I just keep a window open if I need to look up class specific information. Regardless--adding another merchant to the module would seem like a low priority to me for the resources they consume.
5) Sure it would be possible, no it will not happen anytime in the near future because that would mean that someone would have to actually sit down and find/compile all the errors in the manual.

Just bear in mind dropping the level of a toon that has gained RDD stat bonuses does not work correctly so be careful with these or you'll geta false idea of your final stats.

Edit your nwn.ini, add AllowWindowedMode=1 above the line that says Fullscreen=1, and then change it to Fullscreen=0. Then you just have to set a screen resolution smaller than your monitor in the Options menu after you fire up the game. Funky

I'm sorry.. I really honestly did know all that stuff about the trainer. It wasn't till after I had posted it and slept off the bowl I had smoked earlier that I realised I had posted things about things that already existed. Thanks for your time though.

i was wondering would it be possible to get a like armor rack or soemthing that gave just like the basic armor+0 to get a closer idea of ac and stuff.
also like something that would give you temp keen and haste. if you got a char that point is to hit crits then have a keen weapon like you plan to have when you really make the char would be helpful.
haste just because most higher lvl items have haste so you real char will prolly have it and you could see how much more damage you would get with the extra attack.
just a thought...

Nope, all that stuff is easy to calc without a rack. Straight addition, not worth the effort. Funky
