Thnx for all the replies and suggestions everyone.
One of the reasons I dont rest so often is that I hate to nag for weapon buffs from casters, and as I play tanks, I usually dont actually need to rest either.
...after losing all those levels though, using the save pen is almost habitual now.
I would still like to see extra saves added to the save pen after 30 mins or so, and a save at level up if thats possible...just to avoid any more accidents of this proportion in the future...

saves/time is pretty worthless imo. trading pens is a simple solution. if you're worried about buffs you can simply teleport to town and save your character. save on levelup would be nice, but almost unnecessary imo. as i use the pen when i level up, and find myself rarely low on charges unless i'm banking. and i don't know ANYONE stupid enough to NOT trade your full pen for his empty one.

You resting has no effect on your weapon buffs. Funky Heh...there you go...you learn something new every day. I also had no idea Save Pens could be traded. You know what they say about assumptions...

You can also get extra save pens, a fact we don't commonly advertise. Think about it for a sec, you'll probably realize how... Funky

And so what is that, if not advertising the fact? but yeah, its seems like a good idea, though you *could* just switch pens... though I'm sure everyone will probably rushing of too their mules... cluttering their inventories (this from the man who has had over about 130 items in his inventory for a month or so now...), xD.
xD.
