Updated to reflect the following changes:
-Ranger offhand ac while dualing is now 1/3 ranger levels, including legendary levels if control class is ranger, to a maximum of +20 ac. -Ranger invisibility purge conceal drop has been halved and rescaled. -Crit immunity no longer provides protection from sneak attacks, which must now be guarded against seperately. -RDD fire immunity now scales, as minimum fire immunity, ignoring vulnerabilities, starting at 10% at 4 levels of RDD and increasing 10% for each additional level of RDD to full 100% immunity at 13 levels of RDD. -RDDs now get +1 ac per 3 RDD levels, instead of the old progression, to a maximum of +10 at RDD 30. -Druids with 31 druid levels and a level of monk can now benefit from monk ac while wearing light armor and/or a shield, but with a -3 ac penalty. They still get full monk ac when shifted if they have a monk level. -Shifters with 21 shifter levels now benefit from monk ac WITHOUT needing a monk level, but only while shifted, and at a -3 penalty. Shifters with a monk level do not suffer the -3 ac penalty. -Goad and nunchaku are now monk weapons. Quarterstaff and shuriken are also monk weapons for characters with 21 levels of monk or more. All of these weapons benefit from the -3 attack progression. They cannot be used for flurry of blows yet, but will be able to soon. -Large creatures can now finesse medium weapons, and cep weapons may now be finessed. This means that large, medium, and small characters can now finess the following additional cep weapons, in addition to those normally finessable: light pick, sai, nunchaku, sap, assassin dagger, katar, goad, wind fire wheel. Medium and small creatures can now finesse the following cep tiny weapons: sai, assassin dagger, and katar. In summary: Large can finesse medium and small (they cannot hold tiny weapons). Medium can finesse rapier, small, and tiny. Small can finesss small and tiny. -Double weapons have now been reverted to 19-20/x3 critical range/multiplier.

Updated to reflect the following:
C/E Board Only ===== x- Light armor has been changed to a dexterity bonus to ac cap of 24 minus base armor instead of 22 minus base. Leather armor is base 2, for example, so now allows 22 dex bonus to ac. x- Tumble AC bonus is now capped at 12 - (PM + RDD ac bonuses). x- Listen skill now increases your chances of hitting concealed enemies. A listen score of 60 is equivalent to blindfight, and higher scores get better still. Details on the Class and Equipment board in the Docks. x- Bluff skill can now reduce enemy ab, just as Taunt recudes enemy ac. Both are used via the taunt skill, and the !opt tauntbluff command toggles between them. The effects of bluff do not stack with Taunt. Both Bluff and Taunt are now free actions, once per round max. x-Blinding Speed now adds 1 speed class permanently. It will only have this effect once you take your first legendary level, though you may take it earlier. x-Artist grants an effective +2 levels to bard and curse song.
C/E Board and Book ===== o- Arcane archers can now toggle between single and multitarget Death Arrows using !opt deatharrow. DC on the single arrow is still capped at 49.
o- Instead of getting both Str and Dex bonuses for every 5 legendary levels, Barbarians now only get strenth bonuses, unless they have the weapon finesse feat, in which case they get dexterity instead of strength.
o- Champions of Torm now get +1 bonus Str every five legendary levels.
o- Fighters now get a special Parry-based concealment against all attacks, instead of the normal Parry crit concealment everyone else gets. Details in the Fighter book in the Item Shop.
o- Characters with 5 levels of Harper Scout can now take UMD as a cross-class skill in legendary levels. o o- Palemaster critical immunity and ac have been altered. Details in the Palemaster book in the Item Shop.
o- Rangers now get their wisdom bonus added to their AC, if they are wearing light armor, and have no shield and no monk levels. o-Ranger offhand ac while dualing is now 1/3 ranger levels, including legendary levels if control class is ranger, to a maximum of +20 ac.
o- Red Dragon Disciples have a different stat gain progression now. Details in the RDD book in the Item Shop. o-RDD fire immunity now scales, as minimum fire immunity, ignoring vulnerabilities, starting at 10% at 4 levels of RDD and increasing 10% for each additional level of RDD to full 100% immunity at 13 levels of RDD. o-RDDs now get +1 ac per 3 RDD levels, instead of the old progression, to a maximum of +10 at RDD 30.
o- Shadowdancers now acquire HIPS at level 10 instead of level 1.
o- Non-monk shifters no longer get shield bonus while shifted, since they get most of their wisdom bonus instead.
o- Weaponmasters now get +1 ab at 10 levels WM, +1 ab at 29 levels WM, and +2 at 30 levels WM, for a total of +4. o- The duration of Weapon Master Ki Reflection was increased to 15 seconds per Ki Damage use.
C/E Board and Multiple Books ===== Blackguard & Paladin o- Divine Grace now only benefits good characters, and Dark Blessing only benefits evil characters.
