Change the shifter drow form to use Rapier or Kukri (something with a 12 - 20 crit range). At the moment they use longsword (15 - 20). The form is all about crits (since they get Mortal Strike) and while assassin dagger is probably overpowered kukri or rapier would provide a small but needed upgrade.

Turn the negative damage from Shadowdancers' Shadow Rift into unresistable damage (scaled down of course), as usually the damage is almost fully resisted.

If a Barb with shapestrong, has 9 lvls of Ranger, they can wield double weapon in mainhand and offhand small & light weapons and keep bonus to ranger AC.

Barb intimidate aura is VERY short duration, RDD runs around with a perm fear aura. Maybe make the Barb aura perm or last alot longer.

Suggestion for pure rogues: at Rogue level 40 (pure), character with Skill Mastery can use trap makers even in combat (lay traps under feet of unsuspecting foes ;D)
(there has been a recent discussion how to make rogue more desirable than just as splash to wizards, assassins and PMs; let this be my .02)

Arcane Archer Slight increase on save DC for death arrow, maybe 5, at least for the single arrow option. Currently it's somewhat mediocre, and the ability for several other classes to insta-kill mobs puts the AA's original capstone ability to shame. Adjust imbue arrow so you can target an empty space, not just an enemy. Several times I've wished you could do this. Make access to Dustbone/Phleg bows an AA legendary ability (or require like 25 levels in AA to use them). Toons with small dips in AA shouldn't be able to use our cool stuff

I think the AA bow damage scaling on levels is enough to limit low AA usage of the bows.
I think the AoE death arrow from the AA should ignore SR. Similar to an EXTREMELY limited use version of shifter Banshee wail.

Rakshasa shape should be able to counterspell. As it is, outsider shape is one of the least useful forms for a shifter to have. This would give it a much needed boost. Perhaps ability to counterspell level 6 +1*foci spells, consuming 1 ep per 3 spell levels, so level 9 spells would take 3 ep a piece, but level 6s would only take 2, with the ep use rounded up (i.e. level 7s and 8s still take 3ep to counter).
I was inspired to this by the 1 ep Dispell magic ability, which could potentially be used to counter level 1-3 spells anyways.

How about a new rogue feat or 2?
Feint-Prerequisites:30 rogue levels and Dexterity of 30- 1% per 10 levels of rogue for each attack to "sneak" past an opponents guard and do sneak attack damage.
Improved Feint- Prerequisites:40 rogue levels, Dexterity of 40 and Feint- 1% per 6 levels of rogue for each attack to "sneak" past an opponents guard and do sneak attack damage.

Suggestion for Pm ability Lifeblight.
1. Make lifeblight to aoe bestow curse instead of or in addition to vampiric touch ability.
2. Modify lifeblight area of effect to balance the obvious power of an aoe bestow curse.
3. Make lifeblight aoe size scale with pm levels (maybe)
4. The bestow curse level of lifeblight wouldnt nesecarrily need to be the same caster level as pm regular bestow curse. for example lifeblight does aoe bestow curse at cl 50 or such.
This should be implemented because lifeblight is a cool concept but has no practical use in the lategame. This would give it said use.

As there is already intuitive attack(wisbased) and rapier wit(chabased) why not implement an intelligence based attack feat that would be superb!!!!!! Please consider this as I think it would rock !!!!! Thx

Please consider this as I think it would rock !!!!! Thx I did have that thought but I would think we need to prevent it from being used for bows to keep AAs from wanting it. Also are Staffmaster spell changes STR oriented or does the class require a certain STR those are some concerns with it for me.

After "bothering" Acaos on server last night he suggested me to put that on a thread. I had post this on drunken monk and now i'm moving it to the right place ;D
Suggestion for Monk Ability:
Ki Strike adding AB and damage (That would affect only unarmed that get no bonus from CraftWeapon and would leave a more flexible range for stats customization)
Some physical immu (provided by perfect self and based on STR mod, since STR Monks don't have as high AC as DEX ones)
Auto flurry of blows (implemented by disable the original flurry of blows and simulating its effect, -2 To ab +1 Atk)
Stunning strike (for weapons, but with a diferent DC)
Quivering palm (More uses/day and a rework on DC with exotic damage but ignoring the gloves dmg)
A better keen or something else for 40 monk levels
That's it!

Stunning Fist already works for Monk Weapons.
Quivering Palm would need a copmplete reqork I believe. It doesn't affect anything past Xul since everything is over level 40.
And Monks already get Keen on gloves at level 40.
