New Guild Forming Please Read On

I have been here on HG (Higher Ground) for about a year now and have decided it is time to start a guild. I will post the guild requirements below but first I need to tell my story. I got this game about a year and a half ago and so far have no toons (characters) up to 60 or even 50. This may sound like im a noob but I haven’t found a build that is suiting for me. I got 2 builds, 1 is an RDD (Red Dragon Disciple) and his name is -TheFallenDragon- and I got a shifter which his name is Tyrion Stark. The RDD is currently level 42 (I think) and the shifter is level 40. I have had many toons but these are the only 2 that made it to immortal hood. I’m hopeing I can take one toon up to 60 real soon. Ok now enough about me and here will be the guild requirements.

---Guild Requirements---
-One toon level 40 or above (Doesn’t have to be immo)
-A donation of 35 million gold OR any UR item
-Must be friendly and willing to help someone at any time(This rule has its exceptions)
-Name tag requirements are as following:

i might suggest you look for people in game to form the base of your guild. when you can get 3-4 friends who you really trust and then start the guild. that way you get the benefits of the guild without the presure to recruit

indeed every guild needs to start with a core of players 3-4 at the very least... you all get to togther pool your cash and start a guild. Then you can recruit and so forth... who wants to join a guild that doesn't exist yet?

I also thought you weren't allowed to send a shout asking someone to join your guild. Even if you do you would have many people mad at you.

The way it usually happens (in my experience) is that the guild leader (you) or guild members (yet to come) decide, after partying with someone a few times, that they'd be a good addition to the guild - because of maturity, politeness, friendliness and skill... (or maybe it just comes down to sharing a similar level of blood-lust ).

Eventually; while partying with that person, the guild leader (or member) will send them a tell saying something like "Hey, we'd really like you to join our guild.. would you be interested?"

Which in your case might be something like "Hey, I'm looking for people to help form a guild, are you interested?"
or
"You bash guud, We form guild!"

Shouts of "Anyone wants to Join My Guild? pst" don't go down well. Not sure if they are against the rules, but are certainly against etiquette.
Publicising your Guild could start with creating some toons with [SR] in the name, and talking to people you meet about it. I have found that people often ask about the [EO] tag in my names, and when they hear it is a Guild, they are interested. Similar should happen for you
If you have an interesting story for your Guild, or a good reason for peope to want to join (marketing speak calls this your USP : Unique Selling Point. Why join [SR] and not another Guild, or no Guild?), then you will generate more interest.

Above all, keep at it. It may start off slow, but will gain momentum as more people join.
