Flurry of blows is bugged. I'm not sure if it has been fixed in this server but everywhere else it's bugged; when used with double kamas. For example having 10/7 main hand and 7 off-hand + haste that'd be like 10/7/10/7. But when you put flurry on you should have like 8/5/8/5/3 but actually (I've expirienced this in some servers) You will have a whooping 8/5/10/5/10 or something similar. Now that I think of it, i might go test it and see if im just posting crap. ..............Ok tested a bit will continue working tomorrow with this monkzy.

Alright done a bit testing here the problem; 3rd attack. Whether it is done using flurry or haste or combined it's bugged. Let's look at some Attack Bonus stuff. (example) Unarmed = 9/6 Unarmed with Flurry = 7/4/7 (this is normal) Unarmed with Haste = 9/6/9 (this is normal as well) Unarmed with F & H = 7/4/7/2 (Where does the 2 come from? Outer space? It should be 4 in any case or maybe even 7 cause I can remember haste giving an extra attack with maximum AB. But; That 2 looks like it came from a fighter's 12/7/2 AB chart. Well whatever the problem is we are looking at a negative Bug.) Then the real problem; Dual Wielding Kamas. (let's use same AB) Dual Kamas = 7/4/7 (you can see the -2 dual penalty here) Dual Kamas and Flurry = 5/2/7/5 (now you can see that the 3rd attack in this one is a 7 for some weird reason, well thats a positive thing but it's a bug. Ab should be 5/2/5/5.) Dual Kamas and Haste = 7/4/9/7 (lol a 9? again it's the 3rd attack and it's main hand attack as before and it doesn't understand that you are dual wielding so it's a 9. Ab should be 7/4/7/7.) Dual Kamas and F & H = 5/2/7/2/5 [ahh 3rd attack strikes back yet again. Why 7? well this is the same problem like with dual kamas and flurry but in this case you have a whooping 2 in 4th attack. Ab should be 5/2/5/2/5, why? the first 5/2 are main-hand attacks and and next is the Haste bonus then flurry bonus (flurry and haste stack but only one can get maximum Ab in use) and last but not least is the normal 5 off-hand Ab.) I tried my best to make this confusing as hell and I hope I succeeded. That's all for today folks I gotta test this stuff with a monk that has like 6 main hand attacks 2 off-hand and flurry+haste as well some day. Note: Off-hand attack is always last one there.

I think epic dodge is bugged or some patch changed it. On other servers I often found it was using up its 1 free evade on attacks that did not hit.

Haste is supposed to provide "an additional attack at full base attack bonus every round.", so I guess it does not figure in the -2 for dual wielding.
