Race: Half Elf - Dragonblooded
Alignment: Neutral Evil or Chaotic Evil, doesn't matter
Skills: Put 3 points into Lore at first level and rest into tumble and UMD. Don't put anything into discipline during first 40 levels. At level 40 raise Tumble to 40 points and max UMD. Then put rest into discipline and keep maxing it during LLs (you should have enough points to raise it to 63)

As for weapons, for Dragonblooded version is any martial weapon usable. You should use something with nice critical range though. Scimitars, Rapiers, Light Flails or Axes, Hammers. Salamander should use Bastard Sword for its best critical.
