I do see one problem right now, not insurmountable - you start taking the new Fighter feats at 45th level, with Greater Parry - but the new feats require 41 levels of Fighter, which you don't get until character level 51. You need to move up two of the Legendary saves to delay the Fighter feats until 51.
I've tested versions of this build using Derrzagon and Thri-Kreen, also, getting saves of up to 60/64/61 (if you take a level of Rogue pre-epic you get +2 Reflex at the cost of 1 AB, but the free feats from those two races can get you +1 STR or more easily). I'm also not sure how much you really get from that 3rd Rogue level relative to losing levels of Fighter for the new feat effects - your Dex AC is going to be negligible so there's no real need for Uncanny Dodge, and 1d6 more Sneak Attack is hardly worth mentioning. There's also no reason to take the Rogue levels at 35, 37, and 39. You should move the final Rogue level to 40 to maximize the skill dump to Rogue skills - do not take Tumble past 40, no reason as you'll never increase it further. I'd take a Rogue level earlier, if not pre-epic then at least at 22 for the Tumble dump for extra AC.
I'm trying another Thri-Kreen variant with Monk at 40 and no Rogue, for the extra 2 levels of Fighter to increase all of the level-dependent Fighter abilities without giving up the Tumble AC and Evasion. One more Fighter Bonus Feat gets the final STR of this variant up to 46(58), and a final AB of 77 (90 with +13 GMW), still with saves of 60/62/61.

The LL defently needs to be fixed, but I want to use those two races only. I see your point on this though. At least your post is in this thread if anyone would like to further know how to make a more keen fighter build with other subraces. I'm going to redo this build one last time but add it in another build post. Its going to be, what I consider the best fighter possible on HG. I will use everything discussed here and post the best possible subrace for a fighter epic dodge build. Then after that I would love to discuss what some of the possibilities should be. I think I might take out one rogue level. In hopes of getting one more save feat. I have to re look it over now. 7WM, 1Monk, 32Fighter - Is another way of doing this build. But I don't think Monk has UMD? I find UMD to be most helpful. Uncanny Dodge might help out when you got a dex buff on, and some monster strips your armor. But how many times will that happen? lol...

Updated to Version 1.05final - This is final update to this build. I am happy with this final and will be releasing a "best epic dodge fighter" build soon, with a ultra rare subrace. Undying, Kolyarut, & Salamander will be the races I'll build it around. - I rebuilt from the ground up all the feats, and replaced ones I felt should be taken sooner. Everything flows now, and the build is officially done for Minotaur and Lizardfolk. If you have any suggestion pls leave a comment here. - Updated all info

You have in your feat list Greater Disarm, Greater Parry, etc. They aren't chooseable feats, you get an item for them as soon as you qualify for them.

I'm pretty sure that's precisely what I asked Funky, I suppose someone should clarify it with him.

You get them as soon as you qualify. No feat purchase required (other than the Improved X feat).
