Hi
Not sure about this build and looking for comment. Compared to a standard 18 sorc/21BG/1Pal or Monk you miss out on Caster levels, hi lvl spells (you get Tensers and lesser spells) and divine might/shield boosts. You gain loads of stats, fire resistance and standard dragon bonuses.
Prisamtic Dragon. Could use something else (such as Cold Dragon) at only slight cost.

After having played my bane knight to level 60 I can say that the 3 best things about him are: 1. the extra attacks and ac you get from a caster lvl 58 tensers 2. The prismatic immunities (I know this isnt really a bane knight thing, but prissy works so well for it), and 3, divine might.
By not getting the caster levels for tensers, you miss out on 2 extra attacks and 3 points of ac. You would have more str, but IMO it just isnt necessary, as my bane knight has 73 ab and rarely missed anything anyway. Also I think the 2 extra attacks would outweigh the added damage you would do.
Don't underestimate divine might either, its only 12 points of damage at 60, but it is unresistable. Against bosses that most tanks are barely scratching you are doing 12 extra points of damage per hit, not bad when you consider a bane knight can have up to 7 attacks per round. I make sure that I have divine might up at all times when playing my bane knight, and the added duration is what makes it possible.
You also lose out on the monk evasion, a huge bonus for a build with saves this high. With evasion and a 60 reflex save, you can dodge a lot of damage when fighting dragons or in spots like the ssithrak academy where they spam meteor storm.

I do get tensers, 1 other 6th (dunno which) and 1 lvl 7th (probably Spell mantle), Take the point about 1 tensers attack being lost but you do get a nice dam/ to hit boost thart should make 1 more attack hit.
And the loss of Divine might is hopefully covered by extra Str.....

Yeah i guess i didnt do the math cause you will get the extra tensers attack for caster lvl 45 so you only miss out on one attack, the last one is at low ab anyway so not bad. I recommend spell mantle, its a great spell. I would also recommed spell breach for your extra level 6 spell, its great at stripping enemy mages of buffs, I use it all the time in Ssith academy and the Arcane Academy.
Four more AC from RDD levels is nice, makes losing the tensers AC a nonissue.
A couple of other recommendations, consider epic reflexes for your free feat at the end, It should bring your reflex saves in line with other saves, to up over 60.
Also, the way the ab worked out having only 3 base attacks was cool in that the ab progression would repeat after the third attack. So at lvl 46 my bane knights attacks were somthing like 68/65/58/68/65/58 basically, my lowest attack was only 10 less than my highest. btw thats with tensers cast. The 7th tensers attack was 15 below, so not only is it not a big deal that you dont have it, but I would seriously consider moving some of your str to con. With the RDD str boost you will have plenty of ab and it may be worth it to lose 1 or 2 ab and damage to gain 60 or 120 hp. It seems to me that this is a bit more of a tradional tank sort of bane knight, as opposed to the one I made, which was more buff and spell dependant. If thats the case, more hp is always good.
Just my 2 cents and a little insight from playing a bane knight. BTW in case you havent guessed I love mine and think bane knights are the sh!t. Have fun , i know i did.

Another observation, you may wanna put skill points into concentration instead of spellcraft. The save bonuses gained by spellcraft count towards the +20 cap, so with good gear they are redundant, and its nice to be able to rebuff in combat. I maxed concentration on my bane knight and took just a few spellcraft. All you really lose is the ability to see what others are casting.
