Many subrace options are viable. I chose Thri-Kreen for strider and to free up two feats (Armor Skin and Ambideterity).
Your base race should be human for the extra feat, but you can always take more fighter levels pre-epic if you need to squeeze some feats in.
Human (Thri-Kreen)
STR 10 DEX 18 CON 12 WIS 8 INT 15 CHA 8 (selected at start)
STR 10 DEX 20 CON 12 WIS 10 INT 13 CHA 6 (after subrace mods)
Level Progression ( 1-13 FTR / 14-20 WM / 21 – 60 AS )
PreEpic Feats (in order taken is bonus feat)
Dodge, Weapon Finesse, Mobility, Expertise, WP Exotic, WF Kukri, Spring Attack, Whirlwind Attack, Two Wpn Fighting, Improved Two Wpn Fighting, IC Kukri, Toughness, Blind Fight, WOC Kukri, Gr Fort, Improved Expertise
Epic Feats
EWF Kukri, Prowess, Epic Fort, GR Dex 1-6 (2 are bonuses)
Skill point allocations
[cc] 4 Intimidate (asap) save rest till lvl 20
At lvl 20 take 23 Discipline and [cc] 11 Hide 11 M/S
At lvl 21 take 20 Tumble and start taking 5 whenever possible
At lvl 26 take 28 UMD and max for rest of build
At lvl 34-37 take 5 ea lvl of spellcraft for +4 save vs spells.
Legendary Feats
GR DEX 7-10
GR CON 1-2
Naked stats @ 40
AB 48, AC 33, HP 400
Saves F/W/R 27 / 16 / 32
+4 vs spells + 2 traps +5 poison
10 d 6 death attack + improved crit multiplier + improved threat range
@ 40 DC for dev crit would be 39 (assuming +12 Dex from items)
@ 50 DC is 44 @ 60 DC is 48
If you dont dev-crit kill.... you can still hit for increased crit + death att dmg. Provided you are in a party attacking non crit immune mobs that are not focused on you.
Solo vs crit immune would be very difficult.
