I have a few questions and could use a little/lot of help with this build I have in mind:

39. Fighter - Epic Toughness 4, Great Strength 7 (36) Automatic: Epic Dodge
40. Rogue - Automatic: Evasion, str +1 (37)
Followed by Great Strength 8-10, then Great Constitutions.
WM Requirements:
intimidate +4
Other Skills:
Dicipline
Tumble
UMD
Pickpocket (for those heals)
My idea behind this was based on my experiences with my Stris (Cath) build. With that build I had done 30 Fighter and then 10 Weapon Master and had the same feats as this one except that it had specialized in longswords and used the feats improved initiative, iron will, lightning reflexes, great fortitude instead of the Epic Toughness feats I am using here.
The problem I had with that build is that though it made a good tank as far as AC was concerned, it over did it with the result that it just couldn't kill anything with any great speed (though it had no real trouble with hitting). The effect was I was taking the same damage as a lower ac build would have taken, it just took longer.
What I want to do is to get the 300+ or 500+ critical hits without nerfing my ac completely; basically trading ac for more damage. Think mino builds. However, the changes I made to the Stris (Cath) build don't seem dramatic enough.
Now I had a couple of questions in association with this:
1. What do I have to do with this build to get the high critical hits? Only being able to take one hit from the bandits instead of 3 would be worth it, if in exchange I could kill them 3x faster.
2. I liked the 30 fighter for the epic dodge feat (which prevented a lot of damage) and the extra feats, but I keep hearing and seeing people putting a lot more into weapon master. Should I do that instead?
3. Should I go with the increased saves of the feats over the increased hp of epic toughness?
Any advice you guys could give to fix this into something that could actually destroy things without sucking down an ocean of heals while doing it would be greatly appreciated.
