I am Hesitant to ask this, but is curiosity, Has anyone tried to Adapt HGLL to NWN2 and if so do they have a forum or a website?

Nope, though all the plugins needed exist. You'd just have to rewrite it to handle the new classes, feats, skills, etc. Assuming the 2da caching is improved, and I seem to recall it is in 2, then you could save a lot of time and script size by just doing it all with Get2DAString.

Hi i found a Scripter who is interested in Implementing HGLL in nwn2 however he is concerned with Characters ussing illegal .2da files in there override, to boos stats, ect during character creation. How is this prevented in NWN1 and doe anyone have any tips on places to look for advice on how to prevent it in nwn2 with ELC turned off?

If you're worried about that, use NWN2 patch 1.23's new ability to disable player side overrides.
