your battlerager being 'stiff armed' is simply due to the hotu animations (you no longer have the animation fix installed) the 1.69 patch renamed your override folder and created a new one in its stead, so you will need to copy the colorized icons back into your new override folder hmm, when I saw the new override folder...i just took my old folder and added it to the new one.

I run NWN in windowed mode and I find it solves a LOT of crashing issues (for example, the alt-tab crash in workshop). Acaos

How do I play in windowed by chance?

Edit your nwn.ini file (not your nwnplayer.ini file) and find and edit the following lines:
FullScreen=0 AllowWindowedMode=1
If they don't exist, they go in the [Display Options] section. You'll probably want to change your Width and Height options too to make them a bit less than full screen.

Alt tab will always crash you when there's a scrying field around, as there is in the Workshop. Other than that, running windowed shouldn't be noticeably less stable.

Are you running NWN in windowed or full-screen mode? I run NWN in windowed mode and I find it solves a LOT of crashing issues (for example, the alt-tab crash in workshop). Running NWN in a window actually causes my system to randomly lockup completely, beyond rescueing with CTRL ALT DEL. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time (while crafting in the Alchemist's) but when it crashed me during a Cania run I decided that I didn't want to keep disappearing from hell runs for a minute while i reboot my whole system, possibly miss tags and cause damage to my computer by turning it off via the power button while everything's still running (but non responsive). A few DMs on the run said that they run windowed all the time and have no problems, but I guess that's one of the wonders of a laptop integrated graphics card. Thanks for posting anyway Acaos, it was the first time someone's posted instructions for getting it to work in windowed mode that i've managed to get it to work... sorta.

New theory...as I set windowed mode and still crashed...I tested and it only crashes while loading if I have the Recent Run Listing or the Online Player Listing page open...
