yesterday I had my old account, "Tempest33" switched to a new cd key, but I am unable to access my old bank chests. Also i think i am unable to access the money in my old cd key's bank account. (or i guess wallet now)
If someone could link the bank chests to my new cd key it would be appreciated.

You still have your old cd-key right?? You can use the notepad to change the nwncdkey.ini in the "(...)NeverwinterNights\NWN" folder and type the cd-key with your bankchests, if you really dont want to use this cd-key anymore, transfer your stuff using new toons and change it back to your new cd-key.
I use 2 cd-keys, but all my bankchests are in one, so I dont get confused =P I also keep 2 files in that folder, one named nwncdkey.ini with my main cd-key and another nwncdkey2.ini with my second one, if I want to access the second, I rename the first and then remove the "2" from the second.
Edit: Another thing that confuses at first for ppl with 2 or more accounts/cd-keys. Your toons and subraces tags depends on the account name you are using. Your bankchest and money depends on the cd-key you are using. So you can have one toon from another account accessing your bankchests.

Lost my manual, containing the old cd key, which is why i had to install nwn using a new cd/key. so that idea wouldn't work for me.

I tend to just email myself the CD keys for games, makes a nice permanent record. Course I have 12 nwn cd keys, but that's just me.

As a policy, we don't do this, because it would take inordinate amounts of work. I will look into writing a script to automate it, but it will be some time.
