A bunch of random questions (and some thoughts/suggestions disguised as questions):
Is there any use to stat buff abilities (like Mino's Rage) if the Shifter already has maxed stats?
Gargoyle's SL/+16 DR is Shifter Levels NOT counting LLs, right? Same with Troll regen?
Does Fairy's Spill Potion use base PP ability at all, or only PP skill bonuses from items? Is one point of PP skill necessary?
Should some constructs gain Passwall? (Stone, Iron, Crystal seem likely candidates)
Should Azer gain Firewalk?
Should Dragons be able to Levitate?
How long is KD duration for Dragons' Wing Buffet and Tiger's pounce?
Does Mind Immunity (Mind Flayer, Constructs) include Confusion?
What is duration and % of Spell Failure chance for Beholder's Antimagic?
Should Death Slaad gain some bonuses for Foci? Maybe more damage to Spittle? Maybe lock Confusion Imm Aura to LFF1, increase AoE with foci?
(to be continued)

(we now return you to your originally scheduled program)
Should some Leonal abilities be locked with LFF1?

Trying to answer those I can:
Gargoyle and Troll only count normal shifter levels, so 30/+16 soak for gargoyle and 30 + foci * 5 regen for troll is the max you can get. The troll regenerates those hp similar to a pariah more than once a round though.
You don't need the PP skill to spill potions in fairy form and base PP or dex bonus doesn't influence the roll. Items do however. My lvl 44 pure shifter (with one point in PP) rolled 34, 44 with tool belt on. Taunt still didn't work. I don't know if it's coupled to LFF; but if so, the journal doesn't indicate.
Leonal gets bard song (equivalent to harpy curse) with LFF1. It's in the bard song update, but not in the class changes documents yet I think.
Adding more questions to the list: I assume harpy curse and leonal song won't stack with the normal songs from bards. But do they complement each other? So If the bard has put all his song points for curse song into AC, saves and skills but only lowers ab by 1 point will harpy curse song lower this any further?
Should fairy be able to switch between bluff and taunt (maybe with LFF)? And what is the max bonus one can acquire? 50 (increased base value) + cha mod + 50 (from items/song) or does fairy increase taunt like items/song, therefor falls into the +50 cap?

As far as I know all bard song will work together - so 3 different singers with different songs will harmonise giving the best of each.

Fairy Taunt should work like Spill Potion, where it affects the base, rather than falling into the cap. I do need to rework it because, as you say, it's not working 100% yet.
Azer do have Firewalk, along with Demonflesh Golem. Spectre and Xorn have Passwall.
Crystal Golem and Mindflayer (the forms with 'full mind immunity') do have confusion immunity.
The Spell Failure from the Beholder Anti-Magic cone is 100% if they fail their Will save. It lasts just over a round.
I believe the slaad aura requires LFF1, but would need to check. Slaad definitely could use more with foci.
Knockdown from Wing Buffet and Pounce last 1d3+1 rounds (1d3+3 on a crit for Pounce).
Stat buff abilities can now counter ability decreases (that is, if for example you are suffering -10 Str from aboleth mucus, and you have Bull's Strength granting you +8 and Rage granting you +4 more, you'd still be at fully buffed Str).

As far as I know all bard song will work together - so 3 different singers with different songs will harmonise giving the best of each. THAT is an interesting thing to know: 2 bard-like characters, one can does the caster part (saves n skills mainly) while the other does the tank part (ac, AB n damage) is this true? (sorry for hi-jack)

Yes, MK, it does work that way. Whoever's "best" song in each category will stick for each player. It makes having multiple Bards (or Bard-like toons, e.g. Shifters, PDK's, etc), less redundant.

Tried spill potion again with a shifter that didn't spend any points on pick pocket. Being lvl 41 the char should roll 31 vs 30+spot; what I got was 23. I made sure I'm not wearing items with negative pick pocket but I still have no clue how I lost those 8 points. My armor check penalty unshifted is 10, but I don't think this would influence the roll as it's 0 while shifted. I'll spend a point on pp upon next level up and check again.

Spending points in PP will not affect Spill Potion. However, the armor check penalty might be doing so. I'll check that.
(Edit) Actually, you -might- need to have one point spent. So let me know if that fixes things.

Got two levels and spent one point on pick pocket. Now I'm rolling 33 as it should be. Guess you need that one point to make it work correctly.
