Found this build on the wiki, reincarnated my wm and wow.
Used Stinger as the sub, character uses scythe as weapon. Nice crits. Got him to stygia so far. I am liking it allot, thanks for the nice build!
I do want to try and improve it though (of course).
Am going for the same basic build but will be using Jugger as the subrace.
Reason being the immunity percentage to criticals and the extra hp.
Str of 26 to start + 20 bonuses = 46/58 str at 60. So upon taking a critical hit he will be immune to 48% of the damage.
I'll be going 1 less int and 1 more con than the original build which after subrace edits will have it at 21/33. A +11. Toughness is a free half-orc feat so at level 60 the build will have 1320 hp.
All without spending a single feat.
That blooded is the trade off for losing the free human base stinger feat. A net gain of 2 feats on the build so far, everything else remaining the same. Taking exotic for scythe and that gain drops to 1.
Still working on the build, but I like the original allot. Monk is a nice splash, a helps the will save, free evasion, free cleave and with jugger can take tumble in LL burning less feats.
When I am eventually done making this thing, I'll post it with due credit going to Valdrim.
Hi - I got Stinger and thought I would give this build a go. I tried it in the test chamber but was getting terrible trouble in equipping my shield and my large weapon. Best I could manage was to put them both into a quick slot and then click it twice. Half the time, the graphic showed me holding both but for some reason my character sheet was not showing the weapon as equipped or if it was equipped it did not show anything like the correct AB and crit ranges. When tested on the dummy the ABs also seemed way off (too low)?
Is this a general problem with large builds and large weapon/shield? Is there a bug in the Test chamber or......?
Two other questions - Is Improved init and Supierior init any use - I wanted to go disarm on this instead of those two feats? Will the AB be high enough to disarm effectively?
