I believe you wanted to put 43 points into Discipline at level 40 - I think Kleb forgot to put this in his build description. To do this you need to make sure you have 86 skill points at level 40 - to achieve this you will need to hold off on some spellcraft/concentration until Legendary Levels - you will eventually earn enough skill points to max these.
I'm sure Kleb will comment on the accuracy of this when he sees this.

since the last level he is taking is paladin, he only needs 43 points, as discipline is a class skill for paladins

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but the build takes 43 discipline and 43 parry at level 40 - thus 86 skill points are needed.

I did indeed forget to put the discipline in, should be maxing that at lvl 40 as others have said.
Updated the main build sheet.

Why do you put points into str and dex? I'm not an experienced HG character builder, but it seems to me that those attributes don't seem like they would be very usefull for a BFM. Would it not be better to put them into int for the SP's?

The points into str and dex even out to 14 each once you factor in the RDD bonuses. With double demi that sets you at 30 on each. Add in the new +14 and ability check bonuses and you can resist most dom and other disabilitating checks. Standing inside the outer UUU circle you have a pretty good chance of resisting knockdown checks as well.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the best subbie I have for this build is Rakshasa. Given that the str and dex bonuses for this subbie are so low, do you still think it would be worthwhile to build these up instead of int? Could I survive the hells before my first demi achievement without the extra str and dex? I know I could use the extra SP's; but if I'd be too squishy without the str and dex, then I guess I could do without the int. However, I wouldn't want to sacrifice the SP's in the off chance that my character might fare better if only I could get him to double-demi status...

I just updated the build to reflect the switching of spellcraft to lore.
I am really not sure what you are refering to when you talk about SP's, as it stands the build has all the skills it needs. When I talk about SP I am refering to spell penetration, which is boosted by feats.

I meant SP's = skill points (int boosted). As I see it, there are a couple other skill areas that the build could benefit from with the extra SP's even with the adjustment you made to lore: tumble for example. I'm still not sure putting those ability points into str and dex would be better by comparison -- I'm not very experienced in playing hells maps. Thanks again!

You can throw a couple points into tumble just for the checks, its only dc 15 so no need for much. Maxing it for AC is kinda pointless, especially since the build is designed to wear armour with no armour AC.

Would it be possible to change this to a DSM with Aleithian Dwarf? If so could you post some insight on how I would do this?

For the most part, they're the same thing: just need a different Resist Energy selected (electricity instead of fire). Spellbook is a bit different; for that you can look at some of the DSM builds already there, for eg (credit to Kleb as well, Kleb's Energizer Bunny) Level 9 BB9 Meteor swarm Mords
Level 8 BB8 GS MB
Level 7 Thunderclap Greater orb of elec BB7
Level 6 Chain lightning EV Tensers
Level 5 BB5 Energy buffer Ball lightning Mestils acid
Level 4 Elemental shield Orb of elec Remove curse Stoneskin
Level 3 Lightning bolt Gust Scint sphere Displacement
Level 2 Flame wep Ghostly visage Death armour Gedlees Melfs
Level 1 Lesser orb of elec Endure elements Neg energy ray Expedious retreat Shocking grasp

I'm trying to re-incarnate my BFM with this build, but I cannot choose Resist Energy (Fire) as my first pre-epic feat as listed here. What am I missing? I'm sure there is some requirement, but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks!
