How do I unban a cd key from the database? I do a lot of scripting but I dont mess with the db files at all. Do I need a special program to edit?
I looked for an dm_permunban command but couldnt find one.

You'll need to do it in mysql. The command to unban cdkey XXXXYYYY is:
delete from pwdata where name = 'FKY_CHT_BANPLAYERXXXXYYYY';
You could do this via nwscript, without a mysql client; you would just have to wrap that sql in SQLDirectExec, and execute the code once, like so:
void main() { SQLExecDirect("delete from pwdata where name = 'FKY_CHT_BANPLAYERXXXXYYYY';"); }
Note that the above void main would need the SQLExecDirect function included. LMK if you need further assistance.

Ok the script looks easy enough but I would rather use a program to do this. Where can I get a program to edit the file? What file do I edit once I get this program?
Edit...
I just looked up Mysql and its a 100 mb download.... do I really need that big of a file to remove a banned cd key?

If you don't already have mysql, you must be using sqlite (which comes packaged with SIMTools), in which case that's the interface you would want (though neither interface download would be even close to 100m). A quick search turned up this, though I'm sure there are others: www.sqlite.org/cvstrac/wiki?p=ManagementToolsFunky
