Feel the pure evil rippling from this build!
Stats shown buffed with bard, cleric buffs at 60 in medium armor. Non-demi- no artifact used, AB 94.
Anyway this is a smiter BG, advantage being the ability to smite anything regardless of alignment and better smite damage types than those wimpy pallies or CoTs.
Advantage to this build is high number of BG levels, UMD and LSA tumble. Due to the fighter levels you can get all the feats you need and more, this does eat into your smite damage a bit (versus paladin levels) but you are getting Devcrit bastard sword out of the deal. Using pally levels you simply won't have enough feats to get everything done. The other advantage of fighter levels is making the build usable by almost any remotely appropriate subrace.
UMD is very helpful on this build since divine fighters are squishie and need an easy breather when in a really screwed over situation - especially since your crit immunity is dispellable. Also helps you continue to contribute with gusting etc. after you've died and lost smites.

Max tumble, discipline, and taunt on levels where you have them as a class skill. Max UMD at lvl 20 rogue level - your CHA should be enough to help your UMD. Max listen and Tumble after LSA listen and LSA tumble.
Put around 50 points into concentration, any extra into craft armor.
Comments
LSA tumble gives this build some desperately needed AC.
