The build is certainly not resticted to 1 use of crit immunity. It should have either 3 or 4. assuming it meets the minimum level of 14 WIS. My first BK build was based on this one and certainly had 3 or 4 uses.
Have you visited the spell pedestal and got your 'wands' for the spells. You then have to adjust the wands (speak to them) to choose your spells at each level. The 1 slot of each level is a default until this is done.
2018 update, search Mod Updates forum via forum search function for newest, most up-to-date information. I added the new spells in that update to the baneknight wiki page. Note that some class/spell ability customization updates in past two (or more? not sure) years haven't made it to the class/mod/ability/quasi threads, so if you have the time/knowhow/interest, don't shy away from keeping the wikis fresh via player input.
Baneknights would be balanced if they could splash paladin. -Caeha Everyone should stop using the same portrait so I can GR them better, damnit. -Caeha
I was wrong on the AOE vamp touch being from armor, Bane Knight gets medium AOE vamp touch as a normal spell modification. I was thinking of AOE Finger of Death from plate armor in Thids.
What did you pick for Paragon feats? Are you relying solely on spell pen from Str bonus, no spell pen feats? Which Epic book did you take?
The Pharlan version uses abjuration book - PSF boosts the armor bonus from Mage Armor to +20
I have a version of this build that uses Spell Pen and Evocation in exchange for OC/DC feats. The reason being that you need a strength modifier of 90(+40) to get the same effect as Paragon Spell Penetration. At level 60 I was grabbing everything through Dis (didn't go any further) but damage output was VERY low....even for a sword-n-board build.
