On the Half Molydeus version of this build, would you specialize in Necro? If so, which schools to drop?
Enchant seems obvious, but every other school seems to have something to offer.

Has anyone actually built and tested a toon such as this recently (other than your lowbie tele )? I'm not quite sure I understand how the Staffy/PM adjustments to CL are supposed to work. Is there any tested/proven/experimental basis for the conjunction of these CL/SP multipliers? Staffy quasi introduces 1/3 multiplier to SP and CL for non-staffy spells (in other words, basically anything a PM would try to cast) On the other hand, PM introduces a competing CL modification. Assuming OP class breakdown, with 3 BG substituted for Ftr as per Deso's Half-Moly build (which I assume you're following, tele), this yields 42 levels of PM on top of 15 levels of wizard. Therefore the PM modifications would provide effective nec/illus CL of 63 (if I did my math right, which lines up with OP claim of +71 SP) But Staffy 1/3 multiplier throws some confusion into the equation(s) for me. How is this calculated? Does Staffy modification reduce wiz CL to 5 *before* applying PM modification? Or does PM modification calculate "PM CL for nec/illus" first and then Staffy 1/3 multiplier is applied after? Additionally, what about spells which are both non-PM as well as non-Staffy? Do both 1/3 multipliers stack/combine to yield a final result for non-staffy;non-nec/illus spells? Furthermore, what about the DC modifiers? Has anyone established that PM +DC nec/illus operates and functions properly in conjunction with Staffy 9/10 Str DC change? If so, what order is this calculated in? 9/10 Str 1st, with PM +DC added on top, or is PM bonus DC added 1st with assumption of "non staffy" caster and then that result is finalized by transferring Int (since wiz base) to 9/10 Str for staffy DC?

Kind of testing it now. At lvl 24. 15wiz/2BG/7PM. CoDs and FoDs working well on troll kings' minions.
Hoping the Str mod will be used for Necro and Illusion spells at PM DC

Any thoughts on Paragon feats for this?
Since you can't take WF, GWF and IC until after your first Blackguard level at 13, you can only actually take two of them pre epic. I made two changes from the posted build. Took Toughness and Luck of Heroes instead of IC and Lightning Reflexes. I also specialized in Necro.
So, for Paragon feats, I guess PWF (Light Flail) and Paragon Necro are locked in.
For the other four feats, there are choices. 1. Take the last two Great Strengths for 1AB and 1DC to spells 2. Leg and Para spell pen. Is it needed with Necro being the only offensive spells? 3. Save feats. Paragon hardened soul, Leg and Para luck. Saves are already pretty decent. 4. Paragon ability feats or Paragon environmental feats. 5. Take Improved Crit, Power Crit after all. 6. Other suggestions?

For Paragon: 63 PWF 66 PSF Necromancy 69 Paragon Legendary Spell Penetration
That leaves 3 feats: Paragon adaptivity I-III -> nets DC, immunities and other stuff, since you get less layer penalty. Paragon Levitation -> no brainer if you lack a PW (or gravity slain) Paragon spell penetration Great Str +II -> Not a bad choice - more AB and DC Great cleave, OC and DC -> if you have a decent weapon focus, it'll improve your dps
On weapons: You should try to go for Morning star (dual damage types) - otherwise Club is fine, and in wizard list(your critical hits are likely to be lousy anyway, at least you'll get good damage on PFs)
