Why Con arti? What does its poison imm get you that gear doesn't?
Could you drop a few points of Wis for Str? (And why the swap in race?)

Item based poison immunity does not cover:
Brachina Paragon Pit fiend Paragon Osyluth Viper Trees Molydeus bite many many others
Roll a 1 or fail a con check on any of those and you are dead.
Undying gets: No XP penalties ever Craptons of skill points elf base for sleep immunity and +2 search and listen Able learner to max discipline without investing 2 feats useful stats for munchkin builds that make use of all 6 ability scores
Dropping wisdom for strength would directly impact the dual wielding AC, which is where I spend most of my time. When greater (not superior or elite) mobs in the abyss have 125 AB every point counts. Having high wisdom also has the side benefit of making you immune to death knights with an abyss wisdom check ring.

How're you getting AB from Wisdom?

I assume you meant AC, splashing 1 monk level gives you your wisdom modifier to AC when wearing robes and no shield.

Oops, misread your post, swapped AC with AB.

Probably ought to change the title of the build further, since it's no longer a 40 Rogue build.
Looks a good deal like my pure one, though yours will undoubtedly have more offense, especially with those Monk levels + attack progression. The logs make it look very nice, for sure.

Moving old rogue build here for archive: Click to enlarge! AB shown is fully maxed out. Subrace: Human Kolyarut. Scroll down to my second post for more options. Stats Creation [subrace] (60 with items) {Double Demi with artifact} STR 15 [20] (36) {42} DEX 16 [21] (54) {58} CON 14 [18] (30) {34} INT 14 [16] (28) {32} WIS 8 [6] (18) {22} CHA 8 [6] (18) {22} Classes: Pure rogue Stat points: If you are Kolyarut take All DEX until level 54, then take 4 STR, otherwise take all DEX. Skills: For levels 1-42 max tumble, UMD, craft armor, craft weapon, hide, parry, listen, open lock, disable trap, search, and put 5 points into set trap. At level 43 start maxing discipline. Spend the rest however you wish. Viable skills are pickpocket, bluff, heal (for pillars), appraise (if you cant get enough gold), and possibly set trap in case of future updates. Feats: Bullheaded,Strong Soul Shield Proficiency Weapon Finesse Weapon Focus Crippling Strike Improved Critical Improved Evasion Iron Will Defensive Roll Great Fortitude Opportunist Great dex 1 Epic Weapon Focus, Skill mastery Epic Prowess Epic Dodge Epic Skill Focus disable trap self concealment 1 self concealment 2 self concealment 3, self concealment 4 armor skin self concealment 5 Legendary feats: LSA discipline hardened soul Legendary will Legendary Fortitude Legendary Weapon Focus Epic Skill focus, Search Epic Skill focus Listen Artifact: Str Artifact for Kolyarut, any artifact for other subraces. Weapon choices: Hands down the best weapon for this build is light mace. Any light rogue weapon will be suitable though, so use what you have available. (Even ranged will work. If doing ranged use light crossbow, but keep weapon finesse for areas with high physical immunity and switch to a melee weapon.) By my estimate AC will max out at 131 in URs and song, 135 with BURs and teldar's toolbelt, and finally maxing out at 147 with double demi, girding, strongheart, and delfection asmo artifact. HP will be 840, saves will be 66F 71R 61W, and AB will be 91. You will also have permanent 65-70% concealment depending on your gear and current buffs. Double Demigod status adds 3 AB, 2 saves and 80 HP, adding teldar's toolbelt adds an additional 2 AB and AC as well. Gear thoughts: After my last trip to Nessus with this I discovered I was still getting slagged on occasion with 124 discipline. It might be worthwhile to carry a set of light armor with you and use that in nessus instead of robes. You will only lose 3 AC but it will render you immune to slagging there. Once you get demigod status and use the STR artifact, you will be able to use strongheart. I highly recommend using the asmo helm and teldars when you do get demi as well.

Could you please post the whole build and gear ideas The build has been updated in the first post, though beyond artifact selection there is no equipment discussion as of yet. Gearing will probably be similar to most dexterity based tanks, taking rogue skills and the immunities that the build provides into account.

I am very impressed with the effectiveness of this rogue build. My pure rogue, which I love, has to be in crazy gear with a high utilization of short term self buffs from items to be as effective.
I would strongly suggest this build for any who want to contribute as a rogue role in party. Not only is it a rogue but a high damage and sturdy tank.

How does the sneak attack pandect stack with the rogue natural sneak attack ability? Do you have to use the pandect before level 60? I used the pandect at level 60 and in character page, feats tag, was showing 18d6 sneaks. After using pandect this did not change to 20d6 even after logging.

Improved Sneak Attack shows up as a different feat so do Blackguard Sneak Attacks and Assassin Sneak Attacks but all 4 of Sneak Attack types stack together. I believe the item based is lumped into the Rogue ones I'm not sure.
Note: Assassin sneak attacks do not work unless you have at least 1d6 sneak attack from something else.

Updating the Wiki to show change in classes are the other races still viable or should I remove them?
