I was thinking of replacing disarm, improved disarm, and epic prowess for power attack, cleave, and great cleave; and taking overwhelming and dev crit for my final two legendary feats. That would lower my AB by 2 but give me better damage output.

Can you afford the AB though? With AB comes more hit chances.. not sure how AB is lower hells, but I imagine 95 is better than 93

is the dire mace really worth 4 feats? If you take greatsword for example you could easy fit in dev crit and still have a pre-epic feat to play around with.
Why sorc? With bard you would be able to get umd and be able to read the much needed scrolls in hell

Sorcerer has access to the spells naturally, no need for umd. Main scrolls you can't read are divine

If I go dev crit the only feat I'll really miss is improved expertise. Sorcerer is better for this build since there will be no chance of umd spell failure. The build is tight on skill points, theyre better spent on concentration or craft weapon if any are left over. Also, with a fighter 9 / bard 1 configuration, the highest umd I could get is 13. fighter 8 / bard 2, the highest would be 23; meaning a good chance of failure with hell penalties.

A dev crit version of this build could be made by replacing some pre-epic and legendary feats.
Replacing: improved expertise, weapon specialization, epic prowess, LSF (craft armor), and LSF (parry) by: power attack, cleave, great cleave, overwhelming critical, devastating critical
would lower ab from 95 to 93, lower ac by 1, lower dmg by 2, raise crit range by 1, raise crit multiplier by 1
I'm worried about this builds survivability in hell without any crit immune, so I'm not sure I should go for dev crit even if the losses appear to be relatively minor.
Edit: After a reccomendation, went with the dev crit version, which I posted above.

Changed the build to sorc 1, rdd 30, bg 9 using salamander.
Looks nice, has good AC, can use arcane scrolls with no chance of failure, and crit immune ring. Has divine might for an extra punch against pit fiends and bosses. Solid saves. AB is lower than I hoped but still decent. The listen should help a lot against many hell enemies.

With LWF, you get another +4 due to Epic Prowess and Epic WF (on top of the ab from those feats)... did you add that in?

I counted: +1 weapon focus +1 epic prowess +2 epic weapon focus +3 legendary weapon focus (which I included in legendary bab for 12 from rdd +3 lwf = +15 legendary ab) If LWF is +4 with prowess and epic weapon focus that would add one more ab. Thought it was just +3 though.

Quick question, I tried to create this char, But i cant get the points in Lore, or Hide i need to at the first level. In order to get RDD, or BG? Could someone give me a hit on how you get that class without putting more into Sorc??

Could someone give me a hit on how you get that class without putting more into Sorc?? Salamander gets a 8 points to Lore at first level, after the subrace edits are applied. Therefore you can start taking RDD levels as soon as at lvl 2. Similarly it works e.g. for Tinker Gnome (open subby) or Dragonblooded (UR subby). cheers simpetar

The build is tight on skill points, theyre better spent on concentration or craft weapon if any are left over. This is first time I read that a RDD tank build can be tight on skills. I had never problems to maximize Craft Armor, Craft Weapon, Parry, Tumble (cc), Discipline, Listen, get reasonable amount of Concentration, and after demi even Search (draggy class skill, quite usable for Int bonuses)... simpetar
