I like to take my Grt int feats as soon as possible, you can delay the greater ruin (before lv55) and auto silentI, II and III for LLs and take leg luck at 60, that way your skills will be a bit better... and its also good for your spells while leveling specially in LL, each DC for PMs are good as soon as they come... =PP
I would suggest: Legendary Spell Pen LSF Necromancy Grt Ruin Auto SilentI Auto SilentII Auto SilentIII Legendary Luck
You'll miss Silent only in uro during pre-hells runs iirc... and during only one map. You can live with it =P
Edit: Btw, I noticed you took divination as a barred school, you'll miss some PM spells doing that no? PWK is the only one I can remember tho...

What DC do you get with Greater Ruin on this build? It counts only the PM levels, right?

I used this build for reincarnation so didn't pay much attention to that. PWK is treated as a necromancy spell for PM.

What DC do you get with Greater Ruin on this build? It counts only the PM levels, right? I think it counts both PM and wizard levels, so DC 65 at lvl 60.

Why elf? All aesthetics (as Delfestra likes to refer to it) of elven appearance is lost due to lich transformation as is elven Able Learner ability, because PMs have more skills to chose from than wizards. If you meant to max Discipline, you would have to take at least one lvl of class where discipline is class skill (e.g. monk). Otherwise I think you would make better use of another base race, like human or gnome for one extra feat.

gnome is very popular, but I don't think he want's to splash a non wiz pm level just for discipline. Why tarnish an otherwise excellent DC?
personally since your saves are sub 60 anyway I might think about ditching luck of heroes and taking Bullheaded anyway.

Why bother with discipline (and bullheaded) since you are going with robed? I would consider using the LL feat for LSF Illusion. The other feat could be for extend (although its pretty useless) or Lightning Reflexes if you insist on some saves

If you are a robe wearer - then low disipline would only affect your shield. you shouldn'y really ever be in a position wear you should be getting slagged but yes randoms can happen and cinderscales may fall out of the sky etc etc. Of course once you hit demi you can wear the asmo shield which will negate this.
