I've seen a few juggernaut staffmasters, but not seen any posted, so I built this guy.
Notes:
-Chose Abjuration specialist for the Mage armor bonus and energy immunity spell.
-LSF Divination: for CC bonus and the +16 on premonition
-Also note that I am not 100% sure I can choose Epic Spell Focus in legendary (normally requires ability to cast level 9 spells), but I think you can.
-I'm considering lowering STR and raising DEX a bit, but the AB doesn't have a lot of room to go down. (for Hell's Dex checks)
-Not sure which artifact or pandect to use.
-Currently in design only, not built yet.
