Your gear set up is completely going to depend on what you have to hand, personally I'm using - Asmo shield (pretty much a no brainer if you have access to it) Dis scimitar (assassin dagger also works but wasn't available when I made the original build and it will reduce your average damage output whilst increasing your mortal strikes slightly), if you want higher damage output in hell light flail is a good alternative Breach boots (UR or BUR) Fiendish Fingers (BUR) mainly for the 50 resists to cold and fire The Plate of Uxan Uldorath, to be honest you'd get a few more ac out of slightly lighter armor but a) I'm lazy and don't change gear and b) this gives you 3x divine power at level 50 which will give you a bit more oomph if you really want to hit something Rings are obviously dependant on the situation Cloak - Erinyes Stole Helm - Crown of Uncanny Stability Amulet - Strongheart if you have it, if not Ygrettes Ephemeral is an OK substitute Belt - I'm still using the Belt of Bestial resilience as I find the 30 divine resist is handy

Why does everybody hate taking SD levels so much? It makes no significant difference on the original build apart from saving you that annoying exp penalty that monk or rogue would get you. You're not an opener so rogue really does nothing for you and you get cleave from One-Eyed so monk isn't much better, if you want to level it quick go SD.

I came up with a somewhat similar build a while ago (lvl 51 or so currently) and went with Monk / CoT / Assn to avoid the XP penalty, and get the monk saves boost and Still Mind.
Went with Assassin Dagger and Overwhelming / Dev Crit, and it seems extremely stable, and does some decent damage, as well as having the same DC for MSs. Having the x2 multiplier helps a bit with damage output with the 8-20 crit range.
