Here's an updated list of parry gear I've found.
Arcadian Fire +15 Belt of Legendary Resiliance +25 Bracers of the Immortal +20 Cowl of the Sheinja +20 Crown of Uncanny Stability +25 Graz'zt's Abyssal Helm +6 Introweave Cape +10 Keynari Woodsmans Leather +15 Kyrtsay of Kigrada +10 Nameless Cold +15 Scintillating Scarf - ESF Parry Seal of the Sheinja +10 Sheinja Dress Uniform +10 Wings of the Deva +10 Wrist of the Ryukaissen +10 Ygrette's Evanescent Locket +20
My current gear setup is different than what I posted earlier, ever since I got my hands of belt of eternal preservation. I've tried different combinations, though each seem to lack something somewhere.
Keynari Woodsman's Leather Arcadian Fire Helm of Zeal Kyton's Cover Gauntlets of Transposed Energy Heavenly Haunt's Necklace Mordenkainen's Mockery Belt of Eternal Preservation
The only thing this setup seems to be missing so far is some Negative resistance. If I can get Nameless Cold that should be covered at least minimally (10/-). This setup gives me the benefit of not having to switch gear for confusion immunity. I do, however, need to switch gear for bigby immunity. Currently this is easiest by switching Kyton's Cover for the Ectoplasmic Weave (which also grants Neg 10/-). This is a light armor / large shield setup so I only get -3 to parry. My parry is 108 before bard song.

I'm thinking this build needs ESF Discipline. I was in cania and a bueroza nocked me down with a dc 120 discipline check. I was quite embarrassed. I had +30 discipline from gear and song should have capped it out at 50. However with the hell penalties my disc was down to 116. Prayer would raide it to 119. But thats still not enough. I'm not quite sure in which order the different bonuses and penalties to disc stack, but going to Nessus in light armor is out of the question without maxed disc. One less Dex to grab ESF disc would be a wise investment, even if using medium or heavy armor.
My discipline would have maxed out at 120 in cania if the bard had a full +20 song or if I had more disc gear, so that would be 118 in nessus with no demi penalties. ESF Discipline would fix that, and help with bue kd and slagging in further nessus runs. I've modified my build to change the final great dex at 60 for ESF Disc.

If your only issues are in hells with the skill penalties would LSF Discipline be a better choice? While it won't stack past the +50 cap, I believe it will help with the penalties, and it is +20 vs +10.

While it won't stack past the +50 cap, I believe it will help with the penalties, and it is +20 vs +10. It does not actually help much. My gear selection gives me +30 disc, and I can switch out gear to get a full 50 so I don't have to rely on bard song for it. ESF is required to get over the 50 cap, because otherwise in deep layers disc goes gradually down. Anything less than 127 discipline in Nessus is unwise, especially considering your next time with demi penalties the skill penalty will be even greater.
