I came up with this build while trying to come up with a new way to use dragonblood, aka the blood of uroboros. The idea is a Ranger based Lasher that dual wields. There is the problem however, that you need 13 STR for cleave and don't have a dump stat, and monk will ruin your AC. However, you can circumvent this by taking an open subrace character and quaffing a vial of blood.

Anyways, here is what I came up with, and the numbers that follow.
Level progression is a bit... variable:
Pre epic: 10 Ranger, 10 Blkguard
Epic: 28 Ranger, 10 Blkguard, 2 ranger or Blkguard
Order: 10 Ranger, 10 Blackguard, 18 Ranger, 2 ranger or Blackguard
Taking more ranger levels gives you more FEs, but taking Blackguard means a higher infliction, 7/5 FEs and 17%/19%. You can't however, go lower than 28 Ranger without starting to damage your AC.
Player preference which to take, feats marked with (R) are ranger feats.
Subby: Kobold, interestingly enough, this is the ONLY subrace that will work for this build.

HP: 600(base)+120(Con)+60(toughness)+90(Ranger Con LL bonus)+240(Gear)=1110

I would probably use a wisdom artifact. For weapon setup, I would either use a Whip/Kukri or a Whip/Sai, as for tomes, take trans if you like Sais, and Enchant if you like Kukris.

I may be wrong, but doesn´t light armor reduce your max dexterity bonus? I mean, even if you wear UR padded armor, dex bonus will be capped at 21, so AB will be 4 lower and in fact 8 Great Dexterity feats are somehow better spent elsewhere.

Armor only lowers your Dexterity bonus with respect to AC. It does not affect your Dexterity bonus for AB.

I don't believe it affects your dexterity bonus for skills, either, but that would need to be tested.

You get your full dex bonus to skills. Thats why trickfoot pads are still good to have even through they're not a good choice "in battle".

Yes! Finally Ive wanted to see a open race Lasher even if I need to collect Uroboros's blood first. The race being Kobold is an added plus.

I decided to go full dex (60) to get my AB as high as possible, especially since you don't get to get weapon foci in your offhand, and you would have to drop 4 dex to take another full focus. I suppose if you wanted more defense you could sub out some of the great dexterity for great wisdom, but I plan on using the wisdom artifact anyways.

i started this build but there was no way to start wis at 10, since picking ranger the system automaticly sets it to 11, so are the stats ehre correct?

since both rangers and blackguards benefit from having 14 base wisdom, i think you got the int and wis scores mixed up.
granted, its not clear in the OP and the game tosses around the order as well..

The standard stat spread order is STR/DEX/CON/INT/WIS/CHA, though the creation screen switches this around, it appears as mentioned above in game.
Starting with a 12 wis means no blade-thirsts, I'd swap 2 dex out for wisdom in that case.
