why not splash a level of bard or rogue for umd? GS scrolls can be a party saver

I will look into if I even have enough skill points. The only thing I would even consider dropping is Taunt.

even if you dont take UMD, bard will still let you read scrolls, GS and bbod are very helpful in hells, would losing one barb lvl cost anything?

Well in that case, instead of bard splash should I just splash wiz for all scrolls?

bard can use any scroll a wiz can, so i guess really it doesn't matter, you can go bard and dump tumble to make a couple lvls a little bit easier to lvl till you get LSA tumble, also you might want to add that this has to be made with half-orc, in order to get the "Base race feats", took me a sec to figure out what you meant. Also, do you have any idea what the ac would calculate to? that's the main problem i've been running into with barb builds i've been messing with, no conceal and low ac

bard can use any scroll a wiz can This isn't true, when deciding between bard and sorc on a build, I did some testing. I believe the 2 scrolls, that I desired, that I couldn't cast as a bard that I could as a sorc were Greater Sancturary (8) and Mords (9). From that I guestimated that maybe bards can't cast scrolls for spells of levels above their max spell level (6), but I don't know that for sure.

Bard can't use GS scrolls for one, as my RDD (2bard/8pally/30rdd) can't use them at all, but can use stf, bbod, and mind blanks scrolls. Wiz>Bard IMO
Also, I can live without the LSA Tumble. The fun part is playing without a shield until I get the barb secret...(whispers about secret so new players can't hear) And thanks, will mark the half-orc thing. I usually type these up in the test characters journal and some edits I forget to make when deciding to post them or not.

my mistake, i probably just assumed since i only spplash bard for UMD/tumble dump, was probably only able to use them due to the UMD... in that case though wiz would be better. Also, while lvling, i would recommend using medium weapon/shield, you lose out on the ab bonus but you get much needed defense till you get the barb secret, plus youre a full bab class as it is, i would use whatever weapon you have a random type of till able to use shapestrong (especially try to get your hands on a random lvl 20, they help a lot while lvling) other than the scroll option, which is just an option, i don't see anything else to change about the build, looks nice... i dunno if lvl progression matters any for this type other than if you were gonna splash wiz, maybe take it at 20 for a change to saves, i think you could afford the 1 ab, but that might just be a personal choice and i haven't tested out the actual difference yet. I'll prolly start this build sometime in the next couple days, so if you're lvling it as well let me know anything you might go back and change etc... but all in all thanks for the build!
P.S. I dunno what you meant about living without LSA tumble, think you might have been refering to the mini tumble dump i mentioned with bard, but defenitly take LSA tumble!

I may be wrong, but I see here some mistakes in the double weapon route: 1. Ambidexterity requires 15 base Dex, you would probably have to rearrange stats 2. Dire Mace and other double weapons are Exotic and I do not see the appropriate feat Nice build otherwise cheers simpetar

simpetarThanks for noticing that, I guess you can drop the CHA to base 6 (4) and raise that dex one. Problem solved. As for fitting Exotic Wpn Pro, you don't NEED it until the barb secret really. I am droppping LSF Intimidate and then I will rearrange it for ya so that you can get WM asap and still get the feat early enough. @mank Dw, yes I meant I could live without a bard tumble dump. lsa is a necessary.
