I was looking for another fun build to do with howler and thought about a melee warchanter first, but that'd be problematic considering the -3 charisma. Instead, I chose to do a different type of twohanded melee character: the Howling Stick.
Base Race: Dwarf
Subrace: "Howler" (secret Beyond UltraRare)
- FCs: Fighter, Barbarian
- STR +6, CON +6, CHA -3, WIS -3, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Toughness, free feat: Exotic Weapon Proficiency
Ability scores:
starting (Howler applied) [40] {60/buffed}
STR 15 (21) [30] {40/52}
DEX 13 (13) [13] {13/25}
CON 16 (22) [22] {22/34}
INT 16 (16) [19] {19/31}

Put the first 3 points into intelligence, then put the rest into strength.

Before level 16, make sure you put 4 points into intimidate
This leaves quite a few skillpoints unassigned. Any suggestions?
