Hiya, Would be very glad if someone knows something to fix or help with this problem. Just got Ubuntu 9.10 working but for some reason my nwn runs only on maximum resolution 1440x900(not sure does nwn even support that) and screen is updating so slow that my mouse doesn't even move on screen. I have same files that I had before cause managed to copy them to safe and pasted them just back to linux(should work if I know right) Hg: I managed to see even something when I entered docs in hg, I see lots of white(no textured objects and not sure is color debt even 32MB) Resolution: I have tried to change resolution from options but there is only 1440x900 choice for me and nwn.ini file have these parameters for resolution Height=864 Width=1152 Linux folder doesn't have Xorg file anymore(I believe that I could maybe change resolutions from this file?) etc/X11/ (file should be here) Videocard: Nvidia 9650m gt 1 gb Edit:Seems like I got this solved now so need for help any more. -Vulp

Apparently, xorg doesn't think your monitor supports 1152x864. If you really want a lower resolution, you might try 1024x768. I will say this, tho: 1440x900 works very, very well for me, and is even tall enough to (mostly) avoid the party list bug. Remember: NWN on linux runs MUCH better/faster than it does on windows once you get it working. --Arek Edit/PS: I use an nVidia 7600 GS video card with only 256M ram, so you should have absolutely zero problem running at 1440x900. Edit2/PSS: Do yourself a favor and look into nwmouse (and install it). You'll thank me later when your mouse cursor doesn't disappear in graphics-heavy situations (a big fight in the Hells, for instance). Prerequisites: build-essential, libelf-dev, libXcursor-dev, possibly some x11 dev libs (not totally positive on the names, but should be close - I don't have ubuntu handy to test with, and it's been awhile since I had to rebuild nwmouse on ubuntu).
