Would it be an idea to push some Str and Dex and maybe cut more Con out?

Any caster (for whom those immunities would be most valuable) would suffer between a 4 and 5 DC penalty AT LEAST, not to mention those feats lost for having to take countless saving throw feats in order to compensate for such a loss. The maximum DC plode with that build, for example, at level 60, great wisdom 10, double demi, wisdom artifact, would only be 54, a mere 1 higher than my non-demi sorcerer's DC with the level 6 spell disintegrate (and he could easily swap in Robes of House Jadon to match that DC). Without an artifact, demi, and with only great wisdom 6 to take a few save feats, you would have DC 49 implodes. Sounds rather painful. Not getting your buffs dispelled is nice, but who cares if you can't kill anything?
EDIT: Sorry, thought it was a little stupid to say that nonsense without at least offering an alternative. How about this:
STR -5, DEX -5, INT +2, WIS +2, CHA +2 SR 15 + 1/lvl; Breach & Mord Immune

Still pure drugs.
No Mord/Breach combo. Keep that on gear or not at all. Wrecks the subrace flavor IMHO.

Yeah, just thinking of the consequences of making this a race, if it didn't have insane stat penalties, classes like battle clerics could probably have equipment set ups that make them absolutely invulnerable.

I doubt that, but I wouldn't hold your breath on this one.
