Enough, ENOUGH I say with the Illusion/Shadow/Death-casting-fighting quasis!!! Here's one focused on the Divination and Abjuration schools:
The Seers of Tyr are an elite order of divine warriors serving the blind god of Tyr. They train in both in the martial arts, in order to conquer their enemies, and the divine arts, seeking knowledge (particularly of the future) in order to better combat their enemies, as well as deny their foes of any magical advantage.
As with the god they worship, all Seers must be Lawful Good.
Prerequisites by level d8+16:
o 3 levels Paladin and/OR Monk, and 13 levels Cleric
o Must have Knowledge Cleric domain
o Cannot have Death, Destruction, Evil, or Trickery domains
o Spell Focus: Abjuration and Spell Focus: Divination feats
Seers receive Epic Skill Focus: Listen for free once they meet the prerequisites.
Seer Level (SL) refers to the sum of levels of Paladin, Monk, and Cleric.
Paladin spells, Abjuration and Divination school spells, and the spells listed below are calculated using SL.
Level 1, 2
=====
Remove Fear - also grants Fear immunity for one turn with GSF Abjuration, or two turns with LSF Abjuration
Find Traps - gives caster immunity to traps for one round per 5 SL, plus two rounds per Divination focus
Lesser Dispel - cast as normal Dispel
Lesser Restoration - casts as normal Restoration
Remove Paralysis - at SL 60, this spell will remove Erinyes domination from a single random target within the affected area
Ultravision - the recipient of the spell gains Skill Focus: Listen and Skill Focus: Spot for the duration of the spell
Level 3
=====
Clairaudience/Clairvoyance - Grants an additional +3 Listen/Spot on top of normal bonuses, +1 per focus
Clarity - single-target Mind Blank effect
Dispel Magic - casts as Greater Dispel Magic
Remove Blind/Deaf, Curse, Disease - renders recipient immune to these effects for one turn with GSF Abjuration, or two turns with LSF Abjuration
Level 4, 5, 6
=====
Divine Power
Restoration - casts as Greater Restoration if caster has both LSF Divination and LSF Abjuration
Battletide
True Seeing - grants Blindfight to recipient, but lasts only one round per SL on other, or two rounds per SL on self
Greater Dispelling - casts as Greater Spell Breach, lowers SR by 3.5 points for each Abjuration Focus, rounded down
Greater Sanctuary
Level 7, 8, 9
=====
Greater Restoration - lasts an additional round per Divination focus
Mass Heal - casts Restoration on each affected player
Gate - behaves like Premonition
Undeath's Eternal Foe
In Legendary Levels, Seers receive Legendary Skill Affinity: Listen and Mass Spell Destruction for free.
Once per day, a Seer can cast an Empowered Greater Spell Mantle.
Once or more times per day, a Seer can activate an aura effect, Futuresight. The Seer can see into the future within a restricted area, which provides a bonus to critical hits, AC, and damage, as well as removes Haste from nearby enemies that fail a Will save. This effect lasts an unspecified number of rounds.
Bah, I don't like this, it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to (an Abjurist, dispelling negative effects left and right, crossed with a Diviner, peering into the future to avoid bad things, mixed with a Warrior, like monk or pally, to make a Battle-Cleric-esque quasi specializing in different school of spells). I was imagining things like enchanting a weapon with damage like Elemental Swarm (scrying the target for its weakness), or taking the killing blow for someone within a Small Radius (see into the future that they're going to die, take the damage instead of them), or plucking your eyes out for a permanent blind/darkness effect, but in return you get to ignore all concealment.
Div and Abj are just so hard to work with >.<
