It is said that, at one time in history, sorcerers and bards had dragon blood injected into their bloodline - it's their source of magical power. In some lines it's strong enough to be a catalyst that allows them to turn into a half dragon by becoming dragon disciples.
But it isn't always a dragon that Sorcerers get their powers from...
Sometimes, a person survives a vampiric attack but does not turn. The result of this unholy union causes their blood to become embraced by the magic of undeath. These poor souls cannot ever embrace dragon disciple-hood. Instead, igniting their blood with magic causes a near-death experience, pushing their bodies into powerful undead Scions of the Blood.

Negative Energy Burst
Works as a medium range area enervation complete with immunity reduction. Lasts for 2 rounds per level.
Meteor Storm
Meteor Storm becomes a non-loot-breaking spell; and dishes out a split of Negative and Fire damage. The negative damage cannot be blocked by immunity.
Dominate Monster
On dominating a monster, the poor mobster becomes a BloodSlave.
This causes a sleep effect on the monster, ignores sleep immunity but respects dominate immunity. The Slave keeps his master alive: for every HP of damage the Scion takes, the monster afflicted gives two of their own HP to the Scion.

Trying to keep the changes small and focused, not sure if the spell changes are overboard though.

- 18 Levels of Sorcerer, 4 levels of PM before lvl 25
- Epic Focus: Enchantment
- Blocked from school: Illusion
- Lore: 20
- Con: 22
Abilities:
- Uses Cons for DC checks instead of Cha. [question: can the spells-per-day be adjusted to use cons for bonus spells?]
- For Enchantment and Necromancy spells, the caster uses the following calculation for casting level: Sorcerer Levels + ((PM/7)*8). Legendary levels are treated as levels of the control class for this calculation. With the exception of Bigby Forceful, Bigby Grasping and Meteor Storm, all other spells are cast using the same calculation as a standard lich.
- Legendary Spells: Necromancy can be taken as long as the character has 20 or more levels of PM.
- For specific spells listed below, behavior is adjusted slightly.
