Main build: Wemic dex pure ranger, geared 30 dex, 62 str
Visor of Vigilance (BUR helm) Amulet of Unbroken Balance (hell set amulet) Shroud of the Earth Mother (BUR armor) Baator's Embrace (Asmo cloak) Golden Guard (hell set bracer) Nature's Writhing Waistband (UR belt) Mordenkainen's Mockery (BUR boots)
Item intended to be replaced is the Amulet of Unbroken balance, as that was primarily worn to cover 12 dex, however the Visor of Vigilance provides little as well, and an item with the Anchoring 2 feat in a non-neck slot might be desirable.
Circlet of Ahralihra Silverpaw (helmet) Armor Bonus: +17 (AC Deflection Modifier) Bonus Feat: % Anchoring 2 Enhancement Bonus: Charisma +12 Enhancement Bonus: Dexterity +12 Enhancement Bonus: Intelligence +12 Immunity: Knockdown Immunity: Mind Affecting Spells Immunity: Paralysis Improved Saving Throws: Universal +5 Skill Bonus: Concentration +5 Skill Bonus: Discipline +10 Skill Bonus: Listen +10 Skill Bonus: Taunt +10 Skill Bonus: Tumble +10
Ahralihra Silverpaws was a celebrated wrestler among the eastern plains wemic, with a reputation for being extremely light on his feet, yet able to meet his heavier opponents head on in contests of brute strength. Most attributed this to sheer willpower, and few ever even noticed the copper circlet braided into his mane, let alone suspect its involvement in his success. __________________________________________________ The immutable force was originally part of the item above, but I realized this would make it too powerful, and it is meant for somewhat different builds, primarily searchers (rogues, rangers, assassins etc). The immutable force is primarily meant to allow searching of lava pits and such, but can also be handy occasionally in a fight.
Gnomish Exploration Hat
Once per day this item lets the wearer cast a self-only single target Immutable force
Armor Bonus: +16 (AC Deflection Modifier) Damage Immunity: Acid 5% Immunity Bonus Damage Immunity: Fire 5% Immunity Bonus Damage Immunity: Magic 5% Immunity Bonus Enhancement Bonus: Intelligence +12 Enhancement Bonus: Constitution +12 Immunity: Death Magic Immunity: Paralysis Skill Bonus: Concentration +10 Skill Bonus: Lore +10 Skill Bonus: Search +10 Improved Saving Throws: Universal +7 Regeneration: +7 True Seeing
Battered and scorched, this helmet has thick glass lenses in the eye-holes and a convolution of tubing to allow air in and out for breathing. Surprisingly enough, the glass lenses seem to enhance ones view instead of blocking it, and despite the battered and clumsy appearance, this helmet wears quite comfortably.

Would like A BUR helmet to enhance my Shifter. It's property's would be based on the helmet with Visage in the name. (sorry not in game to check full name). But basically it's going to have all the immunity's that would cause blindness that would be helpful for my madusa. Adding concentration to it with a theme of adding anything of that would be benifit for it's gazing power. This could be limited to shifter if need be.
Other items can be made also for other forms to the shifter to give it a boost in it's shifted forms like the illithid psyonic blast. Increasing it's psyonic blast damage would be a highly sought after helmet also.

I have a Lash based on Delfs build: highergroundpoa.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=7043(The pharlan version on page 4) Only modification is I have 2 more int, 2 less con, and LSA listen, not epic prowess. My current setup: Asmo armor. Pentavite shield Visor of vigilance Coil of grabduk Bur breach boots Stoneheart Gauntlets of tarnsposed energy Barbezu wrap I lack basic elemental resists, and poison immunity. Suggesting bracers: <Insert name here> Require CC blackguard elemental resists 30/- 10% physical immunity Poison immunity Fear immunity 2x of each spelllevel for blackguard +12 dexterity and/or +12 wisdom + 10 listen, concentration Special* *1,2 or 3 times a day, a 1 round per blackguard lvl temporarly feat "favoured enemy: choose your favoured enemy here" ability. Reasoning: This ability would make a nice stategic concept for a Lasher, making him/her able to inflict vulnerability upon foes outside of his chosen favoured enemies. Having to reinc and choose different monster domains because of new areas, and monster types getting changed, is very taxing in the end, so such an ability would be most helpful. Edit: Added 10% physical, and +10 to conc and listen for a bit more flexibility. >>>> Additional analysis by DelfAlso, I have to second Zerr's bracer, but I would say make it dex AND wis, or one of those plus cha. Reason being that its ridiculously difficult among the assorted gear to cover dex, wis, and cha at the same time without using something like the Asmo Helm. The "need" to use Strongheart for AC, Breachboots to keep your crit immune, etc, leaves me with similar gear but having always had the problem of never being able to get dex, wis, and cha at the same time in a gear setup that wasn't incredibly and obviously deficient in some other way (like, say, no elemental AND no exotic protections of any kind). Smite lashes have to have +12s/stats for everything except Int, really, and what with int checks, you can't even afford to skimp on that. Str/Dex for checks and AB, Con for hps/saves, Wis for bladethirsts/self conceal and saves, Cha for smites and divine might/shield damage/ac/%immune...but the problem kept being that I could either have no dex and get dominated, have no wis and then my class special delivery spell had like 2 castings and I carry more whips than that, or no charisma and then my divine might/shield was crap, like my saves. And try as I might, I just couldn't get dex/wis/cha at the same time, once crit immune came out and I had to swap nature's boots for breach. Eventually I went with no exotic resistance, no fire resistance, and minimal resistance to everything but cold - just to cover my +12s. And, considering the available item pool I had to draw on, my checking at the time was exhaustive. (Then I swapped to Asmo helm, and that took care of the +12 thing, and exotics as a bonus. But nondemi lashes are kinda hurtin I feel) So...I say let Zerr's cool bracer have Dex+Wis, or Dex+Cha, or Wis+Cha.

Was able to upgrade my stargazer cleric to the the HC race using Mish's Cheese Cleric build: highergroundpoa.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=11119He explains also what he equip's which is the Malad robe Pristine Way which would take a long time to reach Malad for me plus even get a chance for it to pop up plus I get a good roll for it. The build needs a Cleric robe to bring out the monk advantage in the build so that's what I suggest. for the bonus feat I chose Epic Ruin with 50 spellcraft. But that left me not able to take the empower feat. Would like a robe added with one of the cleric offensive spells empowered. Something with concentration and discipline. Elemental protection on the new area's damage would be nice also.

Another bard item, because really it's the only build i've played enough to have developed a decent gear setup for. For my bard, which uses a very similar version of Mish's Sheinja's Muse (mine is slightly gnomed) I propose a new helm or two. Gear setup consists of: - Tiamat Boots, Harp, Cloak and Belt. - Gloves: Masterful Performance - Off Hand: Ruby Rod - Amulet: Amulet Of The Pharoah - Armour: Echoes of Creation - Helmet: Helm Of The Heralds, Ideally would be a Scarf - Rings: Breach and an Immu ring There seems to be far too many people desperately seeking harps for their bards, this is aimed to give bards a bit more choice for their main hand and reduce the demand for harps. While not as good as the Tia Harp due to an absence of spell slots, it's a good alternative to the Lute. I've really put two special abilities there since I like them both, the breach ball effect on it's own would be a nice thing to have I think. There's every chance that the special ability is entirely too silly and may need to be replaced. I don't know.Fender StratocasterBonus Feat: Spell Focus (Abjuration) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Conjuration) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Divination) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Enchantment) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Evocation) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Illusion) Bonus Feat: Spell Focus (Necromancy) Spell Slots: 6 level 6 slots, 6 level 5 slots, 5 level 4 slots, 5 level 3 slots, 1 level 2 slot and 1 level 1 slot. Enhancement Bonus: Charisma +12 Improved Saving Throws: Universal +5 Use: Epic Spell: Epic Warding: 1 Use/Day Special Ability: Through The Fire And The Flames: All enemies in a large radius centered on the caster suffer an SR drop of 5. In addition, there is a 30 second effect where any ally that dies will automatically receive bard song upon being revived. (Acaos will of course find a way to script this effect so that Dragonforce's Through The Fire And The Flames solo plays while the effect is active ) 1 Use/Day Only Usable By: Bard

Boots of Ambush
For those who make their living ducking in and out of the shadows, proper footwear can be just as important as the weapon they do their bloody work with. Who needs armor when the foe can't see you, hear you, hit you, and when his allies can't chase you down after the deed?
Using the (ability 1) on this belt will give you one additional use of Empty Body, if you have at least one use of Empty Body left. Using the (ability 2) on this belt will give you one additional use of Assassin improved invisibility, if you are an assassin and have at least one use of improved invisibility left.
This item will increase the concealment from any Ethereal Visage, Monk Empty Body, Camouflage, or Assassin Improved Invisibility by 3%
Armor modifier: +16 (AC Dodge Modifier) Enhancement Bonus: Dexterity +12 Bonus Feat: Blinding Speed Freedom Skill Bonus: Hide +10 Skill Bonus: Listen +10 Improved Saving Throws: Universal +5

Chain of the Howling Chasms
The winds of Malbolge seem to surround you while wearing this dreadfull amulet, carrying to you even the whispers spoken only in secrecy. The chain seems to be constructed from hollow bones, linked and laced by the finest of mithral.
Armor modifier: +16 (+17 if BUR Quality) Enhancement Bonus: Intelligence +12 Immunity to Damage Type: Electricity 35% (25+10) Immunity to Damage Type: Sonic 35% (25+10) Immunity to Damage Type: Magic 5% Regeneration: +5 Saving Throw Bonus: Universal +5 Skill Bonus: Listen +10 XBonus Feat: Greater Skill Focus Listen
Reason for the item:
There is the Cania Cold Ammi, the Min Acid Ammi, but I am always missing the immunities above somehow, especially since I had to move away from my Wings of Storm due to the shield Dexterity Change.
My build: Bard 4 / Pal 6 / RDD 30 - Multitank
Will post gear setup later.
Thanks,
Mj.

Druid39,1monk I saw this post and was thinking that my druid and a few other builds I have need to use lev. or water rings to go some places. In light of new areas comming I was thinking that some of the better items should have water breathing capibillites. I was thinking of helm and cloak. The helm could be called some thing like snorkel of the grove. And the cloak could be called wings of the solar. If you like the idea I can work out the details. hjshotgun

1) Chosen of Tyr2) Head: Crown of the Twilight War Chest: Carapace of Smoldering Stone Boots: Legendary Boots of Defense Arms: Reaching for Damnation Right Hand: Strike of the Maelephant Left Hand: Pentavite Shield Cloak: Corruption Left Ring: Breach and/or mord depending on the map, immunity ring of some type Right Ring: ditto Neck: Strongheart Belt: Belt of the Axerian Grandmaster 3) Reaching for Damnation. Corruption replaced with asmo cloak, and boots with Mordenkainen's Mockery. My biggest gripe about my battle cleric is my inability to fit in breach boots, poison immune, and +12 dex at the same time with current gear available, coupled with a total lack of bracers/gloves with poison immunity on them. (only one glove in the game). Also the UR gloves with elemental resists don't have the standard 10% phys normally found on gloves. 4) Gloves: Ability Bonus: Charisma +6 Ability Bonus: Dexterity +12 AC Bonus +17 Immunity: Damage Type: Bludgeoning 10% Immunity Bonus Immunity: Damage Type: Piercing 10% Immunity Bonus Immunity: Damage Type: Slashing 10% Immunity Bonus Damage Resistance: Acid Resist 25 / - Damage Resistance: Cold Resist 25 / - Damage Resistance: Electrical Resist 25 / - Damage Resistance: Fire Resist 25 / - Damage Resistance: Sonic Resist 25 / - Immunity: Miscellaneous: Poison X Bonus Feat: Epic Reflexes
