i thought Ioun stones wouldnt stack with eachother? Two of the same stone won't, but you can stack two different stones. Acaos Are you sure? I remember using Ioun Stones a lot in the OC (or XPCs), and I could only have one going at a time.

Consumable with 3 charges wich allows u to cast Greater Ruin DC60, only usable for Wizards, Sorcerers and Clerics. Maybe a random Mini-boss drop.

The idea here is to give another option of bard light armor, leaving the urge for echoes of creation, and abandoning the idea of the uro armor and echoes, both wich have bonus spell slots and bonus to attributes. Here I focus on skills and immunities and no dmg resistances or immunities. I opened the armor for the wizards/sorcerers also, which I believe should have access to the KV spell. Since they dont have it, maybe through an item, even thou once/day, those who want it now can taste it. The KV of this armor works on any monster, non-boss or mini-boss. So, for example, brachinas, rakshasas and other monsters with spell immunity can have his vulnerabilities showed by this armor´s ability.
Lore of the Planes
It is said that the elfic bard Syren could shout for his companions always the exact weak spot of every monster her group of adventurers faced. It seems that just know the vulnerability its not enough, thou. --- While wearing this armor, any Displacement spell you cast on yourself will receive the same concealment you would normally receive from Ethereal Visage. --- The Know Vulnerabilities spell cast by this armor allows its user to know, with no save or spell resistance check, the vulnerability of any non-boss monster, once/day. --- You must have 30 levels of bard, sorcerer or wizard to harness the power of this armor. --- You must have slain Hades in order to use this item. --- This item requires level 55 to use

Another one. Here, the idea is to give some spells to whichever caster uses this shield, much like Styxwalkers, but without so many spells – I thought in 2 spells 6-9.
The Red Shield This shield once belonged to an anonymous hero, which name is lost through time. Etched on it you can see some markings that make you suspicious it is linked to a secret organization. The shield exhibits a vivid red, and its inside bear an Abyssal mark where you can read: “The Red Shields are no more”. It's the final clue: you are really before an item of great power, maybe the origin of the entire myth of the organization know as “The Red Shields”. --- Using this shield will not interfere with the effectiveness of Premonition, Ethereal Visage or Greater Stoneskin. --- This shield will shape itself to its weare´r will, boosting the number of spells he can cast in whichever class he desires. --- This item requires that u have conquered Hades.

Given the lack of Heavy and medium armor with boosts to skills shifters most need, and their need to use that armor, I would love to see some Heavy Armors and Medium Armors with shifter boosts. A few variations would be great, but here is an example.
Scourge of Flux
This armor will increase the DC of all abilities used while in Undead Shape by 1. (and/or turn your spectre level drain touch effect into a medium aoe).
Full Plate Armor Bonus +18 Bonus Feat: Expertise Dmg Imm: Bludgeoning, Piercing, Slashing 30% Resists: 25 to the same Imm-Death Magic, Knockdown, Level Drain, Mind Spells, Sneak Attack. Saving Throws: Universal +7 Skill Bonus +15-Animal Empathy, Hide, Listen +30-Concentration, Craft Armor, Craft Weapon, Discipline
BTW-This is just a plate of the legendary master with shifters rather than barbarians in mind (same net gain in skill points/imm). You could make ones for the other shifter types as well, or make ones that boost two types at once, just like the legendary master plate greatly boosts two barbarian weapon types.
The heavy/medium armor is the most urgent, but I have some other item suggestions to give the shifters some gear love. To match the shields that give shield prof/no spell failure+ slots that arcane casters get, we could have some torches (or shields with no ac bonus; shifters currently all have a more or less useless shield prof because no shields cater to their unique needs) that boost defense nicely and give legendary form focii feats e.g. "You will receive the feats Golem Shape and Legendary Form Focus I and II: Golem Shape while wearing this item". Similarly we could have Gear that Mirrors the Tia Gear for casters but for Shifters: "While wearing this helm, you will recieve 10 extra EP during each shift" and/or "You will recieve one extra usage per rest of each form you can shift into while wearing this amulet". Any of these would allow shifters to be able to delay resting without losing strength/versatility in the way Tia gear does for casters. Finally, it would be nice if a boss dropped a powerful shifter artifact (preferably a one handed simple or martial weapon of dis quality or so that gave a dc boost to all shapes and gave OC/DC Creature or something of this nature).

Here are a couple of specific shield ideas for shifters. First, since they are 'ability mages', maybe they ought to have the possibility of getting that lovely 6th level mage buff...
-Visage of the Everchanging-
--The Ethereal Visage cast by this shield is cast at level 55--
--Wearing armor will not interfere with the Ethereal Visage Cast by this shield--
--Wearing this shield will not interfere with Ethereal Visage--
--You must have 20 or more levels of shifter to use this shield--
Small Shield Phys imm %10 Exotic imm %10 Listen, Ae, Parry +10 Ethereal Visage 2 uses per day
-Elusive Transformations-
Small Shield Phys imm% 10 Bonus Feat: Epic Dodge
Note that neither has an ac bonus

An energy gem that can be activated and deactivated. If activated and its owner tries to cast an HG epic spell that has no regular uses left, the gem allows casting the spell, and is consumed. The activation/deactivation feature is meant to prevent accidental use of gems.

Set weapons with just a decent (but not mega) exotic damage and a nice enhancement bonus and keen. Perhaps you can change what type of damage it does with a unique power.
For example, +14, keen, and 5d12 positive.

It was something I always missed in HG, the ability to have a secondary weapon proficiency on a character. The exigencies of building here are so stringent (not that I think that is a bad thing) that it becomes almost impossible to free up the 2 extra normal and 1 epic feats you need to be minimally proficient in 2 weapons. Only CoT and fighers have the extra feats, it seems. And even for them there is a cost. A book or another item, on the mode of the Tomes of Ancient Lore, maybe using up the same slot. Like the Epods of form mastery, it should demand the character had Epic Weapon Focus or Legendary Weapon Focus in another weapon before it could be used. This Treatise of Weapon Mastery should maybe come in 3 forms Simple, Martial and Exotic. The character then at using time would choose the weapon to which it would apply, within the categories. Or alternatively, just put the weapon profieciency directly, although that would make for an awful lot of books An alternative would be put types of weapons. Like say, Treatise of Weapon Mastery: Swords, with the player choosing to which sword, Short, Long, Bastard, Scimitar, Falchion or Rapier, it would apply when using it. Still a goodly amount of books, but more manegeable. Seems to be an appropriate loot to drop on the eternal battlefield, somehow Take care Kaezar

along similar lines (in terms of 1/character consumable item slots):
items that add +9 to a certain skill. They cannot be used to boost a skill beyond the characters maximum (ie, use it at level 57 to boost tumble to 70..), but are useful to either free up skillpoints on a skillpoint starved build, or to allow specific combinations that would otherwise be impossible. This means the items do not require a tag and can be used by any character, at any level. The only restriction would be a minimum rank of 1.
examples: lore version used at first level (sorc/bard) to unlock xdd tumble used by a level 10 ranger to unlock SD (and therefore enabling 10rgr/30sd)

I'd love to see an armor with Keen Sense, Set Trap +20, and Craft Trap +20.
The reason for an armor is you can't change it in combat. But it's nice to use out of combat, when looking for secrets, or setting traps.
Mask's Slinking Jupon Typically only worn outside of battle, this armor is used by some of the most learned rogues ever to take up the profession. While it is highly-specialized, any rogues who come across a set are happy that fortune smiled upon them. Requires: Rogue Level 35 Set Trap: +20 Craft Trap: +20 Bonus Feat: Keen Sense

Green Haven (ring)
- This ring may cast One With the Land at CL 21 once per rest.
I imagine this ring to be secret random drop or drop from a random miniboss or so (comparable to, say, Grapes), due to its usefulness (unlimited resting in places like Ely etc.)

Teach Yourself With [weapon] (book)
- this book will grant you Weapon Focus and Greater Weapon Focus upon reading - has common "book" restrictions, e.g. 1 per character, destroyed when used etc., lost with reincarnation - useable at 41+ (and meant to give "secondary" focus) or without lvl limit (and opens ways to new WM, CoT and many other builds)
