With the changes to physical damage, rogues have taken it in the teeth a number of ways, and the old, dexterity based rogue that relies on sneak attacks, I find, just isn't workable later on in the mod. Stat checks ruin your defense and sneak attacks not doing as much ruin your offense, so you're in a bit of a bind. Below is what I worked on to try and ameliorate these issues, with high strength and devastating crits, it handles more like a WM non-disarmer tank than a rogue. The AB and AC are lower than what I like, but it still functions reasonably well in Elysium(as a non-demi) and hell.
Screenshot below has +14 Strength and Dexterity items, but is at -1 AC (only +16 armor instead of +17). I've also used a dexterity artifact on him.
