Each polymorph effect can be stacked, so you could have both pixie and zombie effects active at the same time, its just expensive on slots.
And you need to rest if you are amnied, you cant activate Called Shot untill you rest.

Everytime I try to regear my Ranger I find it hard to not use the Rona Woodsmans leather....all those skills and immunities...

Aye, hard to pass up on the woodsman's leather. My current setup on dex (uni) Keynari woodsmans VoV with UR ranger aug for slots (4x 3rd, 4x 4th), added 19 hide and +13 soak 30 PoM gloves Beldoin's Spellturner ammy with 17 AC and master DC aug Corruption cloak Auged of the swashbuckler (8 parry/listen) UR breach boots with fear imm aug asmo belt
This setup is a little light on physical imms but with high AC it generally works, and I get a decent amount of skills boosted.
For my strength ranger gear is a concern, while my zen is a little more flexible on gear and can be cannibalized a little, my current options for master augs are a 16 AC Elemental (amulet), UR druid light armor, or a rare helm (which at least has fear immune though, but is in use by my zen).
My zen right now is using rare helm with master aug (only other decent stat on it is fear immune) keynari woodsmans Ranger's medallion (augmented to get +14 to all 3 stats) PoM gloves Asmo belt Corruption (14 dex, augmented with imp crit and power crit shortbow) UR breach boots
Zen used to have the gear setup my dexer has, but as an archer it didn't need as good a setup as a tank does.

I don't really like the Rona light armor, even Shroud of earth mother is better than it personally. With asmo belt the exotic resist are useless, and the BUR ranger armor has more elemental imm, not to mention you can even randomize it to get 3 +14 stats. But anyway UR armor is over them both for my gear setup. Bigyby imm is too handy to lose, not to mention some spellslot bonus, and the most important is it has physical resist on to save the amulet spot for Ranger's Medal. The real benefit I can see from the rona armor is +1ac and +10listen(ranger armor has +Hide as well), but it's not comparative to the Bigby/Physical imm personally. But then again I guess the best set armor is the one in Zionyn pt3, double bt duration is indeed nice.

Don't forget about the listen on the keynari armor, as well as the 15 parry, which you want for the abyss if you're tanking balors.

Johny is right, Crit imm indeed makes you immune to Balor's offhand Vorpal sword. I think it's basically the same mechanic as the Vorpal sword in Elysium which can be protected by Crit imm as well.
This means, parry is problly a bit overrated on a str ranger. Which also makes the Bard's crit imm epic an essential epic around Balors.

Does the bards outer aura (127 parry) make you imm to the Balor Vorpal sword? I don't if it actually gives you 127 parry or only the 1/2 crit effect of 127 parry.

Unfortunately, the Bard epic: Dirge of the Deathless only gives the benefit of halving the crit hit damage, not really giving you 127 parry for skill check. But when you stand inside the full crit imm aura, you're completely immune to Vorpal sword.

Hi Rain
I read this build carefully again, and i found a 1) type error. You will not have wis 34 (koly build p.2) -->wis 32. 2)question: you said you updated the build to add parry for abyss. how did you do / what did you skip? I cant see any feat nor skill point dump for parry in the posted build ? Just curious.

Sry a bit lazy to update the stats/skills to fit the change I made. Yep, for the build I posted 32 is the final wisdom at x2demi, though actually I'd STRONGLY suggest when you hit x2demi stats, make the starting wisdom as 14(instead of 16 I posted on the Koly build) and dump it into Intelligence for Search, or dump it into Constitution. Because with x2demi stats, a starting 14wis is enough to get you base 16wisdom for lvl 5 slots.
Oh, and Parry I don't actually plan to take on mine, cuz the only use of it is against Balor's Vorpal Sword. However, since Crit Imm makes you immune to Vorpal effect and str ranger should always keeps himself in crit imm, I dont see Parry that a must though still can be helpful.

I got 132 AC on this build as i dont use Strongheart. I Also got 2 less dex than you, so those 2 would put me at 139 AC. (with gird) What am I missing since you got 140 Ac on your build?
would you think 132 AC is enough? The reason I ask is I find this ranger extremely squishy and I Die alot and have to run away and cough heal pots all the time. Could this be due to my lack of catching when my crit imm wears off ? Does it do that much ? I only got 2 lvl 5 spellslots for this spell.

AC at x2demi should be: 10 +19(armor ac) +20(dodge ac) +20(deflection ac) +17(natural ac when not using strongheart) +20(ranger wisdom bonus ac) +14(dex bonus ac) +12(tumble ac) +2(craft armor) +2(girding) = 136 with strongheart is 139.
140AC was the first salamander version I posted which has Armor Skin as well.
My own ranger of this build is still x0demi atm, defense is not really that perfect but still ok for me(129ac without girding/with song and crit imm). Since I havenot played it as a demi yet so I've no comment how wonderful it will be as of yet. But I do have seen a few players playing with ranger similar to this(70str) and the defense was not bad at all.
However in my own experince of this ranger, the real annoying thing is not defense, but to switch off stygian razor to hit mob that healed on elec/cold/div. Maybe I'm just too lazy.

I'm not having as much fun with my version of this because gear slots are annoyingly tight for trying to fit everything in that I want. It almost seems pointless going for 70 str if you aren't going to use the PoM gloves and an Anatomist's item to max DC, yet between that, strongheart, full tank gear, and some spell slot gear, gear is a royal pain to try and set up, even when I strip all my other rangers for the best items I have. And while I went bastard sword, if I try to fit in my dev crit item I end up using spells just to get my con to +12, and have another stat (int I think) still at +0.
Personally I think lack of enough gear slots (or specialized gear) is a ranger's biggest issue right now, and strength rangers have the hardest time dealing with this.
Negatives aside, and while group composition is a factor, with this build I've had some insane kill counts and damage totals on early hells runs. Mine is currently 2x demi.

Updated the original post with the Demi gear setup I'm using atm. AC is 132 at x1demi without strongheart, without girding. Spellslot is the tricky one. I'm having 8 lvl 3 slots, 10 lvl 4 slots and 2 lvl 5 slots with this gear setup, WITHOUT any +spellslot augment. Maybe I was lucky when I randomized the armor and amulet. I'm gonna put a x4 lvl 4 aug on the armor so should be 11 normal crit imm + 2 extended crit imm. It's plenty for me.
