CD Key Authentication Denied

Hello Acaos, I was told to come and make a post about my problem with my accounts. I hope this is the right place for it and I am not causing to much trouble for you. Here's my problem.

I have 2 CD keys. 1 my own and the other for my nephews when they are visiting to play. I have my original 1st account on my CD Key but a little ways back(a month or so) I had created a new account(on the 1st CD Key). I remember trying to attach the 2nd account to the first via the scry device. Now when I try to log into the game with my first account(the original) it tells me the CD Key isn't authenticated. When I tried loggin in to the 2nd created account I had no problem logging in.

At the time my nephews accounts were fine and logging in no problem on their CD Key. But being a meathead and thinking that if I just used the scry device to attach my 2nd account back to the first(of my own cd key) I could undo whatever the problem was. Instead now none of us can log in. Any help you can give would be totally awesome. I haven't played the game in some time but I have a ton of hours invested into my original account and would hate to see it lost. I'm not sure what might be of help with this problem but I am going to put my account names for both CD keys just in case that helps.

All of your accounts listed only had a single key, so you didn't use the pc scrye to add any - you must've misread the directions. I've added both keys to all the accounts you listed, but if you need to add more, you'll have to go back and do it yourself - the instructions are on the scrye.
