CD-key authentication problem!

So... the problem is this: my friend just got downloaded the cep and the HG update, he ran the programs and everything went fine, but when i tried to enter in the world of HG, it said something like: "CD-key authentication denied".
He sure logged in to HG some time ago (probably with different Cd-key), but now he cannot. Is there any way that some DM can allow his new cd-key?
If this helps his account name is called: "godscreation".

My acc got locked again, because I was accidentally using my friend's account, and just found my own cd-key, so can I get my acc unlocked again so I could play with ya guys?

You can log in with your friend's CD key and then use the Scry to add your own CD key to your account as well.

If you have any difficulties, post back here, and we can unlock the account. That's a last resort, though, if you've lost the key or don't have access to the computer with it.

Hey guys! I'm in the same pickle! Except a few differences. I believe I used the same CD key when I reinstalled the game due to problems with everyone being invisible and all. Turns out it was a problem with AI catalyst!


So, anyway... I need some help for planning my next move from strategist Funky. Most likely will just be needing a wiping of the key and stuff. This might shove me back down into the pits of penury from whence I spawned, but it may very well be my only choice! I have some strings, though, so I'll pull through. "Strings" in the friends sense, of course! Perfectly legit! ;D Help a level 11 kobster out, would ya? Much thanks and appreciation!!!

I just realized it would probably help if I included my account name. Err... Which is SkippChazzard. How 'bout that? It's the same for my account on the HG website. Heh...

Your account has been cleared to accept a new key. Bear in mind you won't have access to your old bank account and chests with the new key, so you should still try to track it down.

Alright, thanks a lot Funkyman! Finding out what my old key was will be a challenge, though... I could have sworn it used the same key! I'll just have to look around, I suppose. Thanks again!
